Welcome to my video. I hope all the friends are well. Friends, today I will show you how to cook puntius dry fish curry with winter vegetables. It is very tasty when cooked dry with winter vegetables. That is why I like winter very much. Because there are so many new vegetables available in winter, it is very good to cook any curry with it. Ingredients:

• 3 eggplants
• 2 radishes
• 4-5 potatoes
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 7-8 green chilli powder
• 250 g dry puntius
• 1 tablespoon garlic paste
• 2 tablespoons ginger paste
• 2 tablespoons cumin paste
• 1 black cardamom
• 2 white cardamoms
• 2 cinnamon
• 1 bay leaf
• Quantitative salt and turmeric
• Soybean oil
