Freeze drying food is a great way to preserve it for nearly 30 years. In this video I attempt to freeze dry an over abundance of eggs I have from all of my hens here on the homestead. Right now the hens are giving me around 30+ eggs a week. I give many away to family and neighbors but I still have an over abundance!
I’ve preserved eggs in other ways such as Water Glassing and pickling them with one of my favorite recipes Kansas Style Pickled Eggs
In a upcoming video I’m going to try these eggs and see how they taste. I want to make sure what I’m freeze drying and might have to live off of one day tastes good lol
