¡Saludos Amigos de Hive y de SWC! Espero que se encuentren bien, de mi parte he estado un poco mal de salud, junto a otros factores que han afectado mi actividad en el blog. El pasado sábado 20 de Mayo se realizó la primera edición de la competencia SETS AND REPS en el parque de Santa Elena Workout, ubicado en el Estado Lara, Barquisimeto. Desafortunadamente para mi, no pude participar debido a ciertas dificultades económicas durante los primeras semanas antes de la competición, lo cual representó una limitación para poder aceptar el desafío. Luego, cuando tuve la oportunidad de inscribirme, ya era demasiado tarde, el límite de participantes había alcanzado su máximo.

Greetings Friends of Hive and SWC! I hope you are well, I've been a little ill health, along with other factors that have affected my activity on the blog. Last Saturday, May 20, the first edition of the SETS AND REPS competition was held at the Santa Elena Workout park, located in the State of Lara, Barquisimeto. Unfortunately for me, I could not participate due to some economic difficulties during the first weeks before the competition, which represented a limitation to accept the challenge. Then, when I had the opportunity to register, it was too late, the limit of participants had reached its maximum.

Vengo de una mala racha de situaciones desfavorables que han afectado mi rendimiento, mi salud, la economía en mi hogar, mis proyectos, he tenido que tomar decisiones difíciles, dar prioridad a otras cosas, y el hecho de no haber podido participar en lo que tanto amo, y de haberme enterado posteriormente que pude haberlo hecho, ha sido la gota que rebosó el vaso. Un amigo y colega de la comunidad @joanfh-workout realizó una emisión en directo de la Competencia que aprecié desde casa y en la que compartí a través del chat con varios miembros de la comunidad y con el Señor @eddiespino quien también presencio la actividad a través del directo. Le pregunté a Joan si habían asistido todos los atletas previstos, a lo que contestó con un sí, y que incluso el equipo organizador tuvo que tomar la decisión de aumentar la cantidad de participantes en vista de los atletas no inscritos que querían participar. Esta noticia me entristeció durante todo el fin de semana.

I come from a bad streak of unfavorable situations that have affected my performance, my health, the economy in my home, my projects, I have had to make difficult decisions, prioritize other things, and the fact of not being able to participate in what I love so much, and later finding out that I could have done it, has been the straw that broke the camel's back. A friend and colleague of the community @joanfh-workout made a live broadcast of the Competition that I watched from home and shared via chat with several members of the community and with Mr. @eddiespino who also presented the activity through live. I asked Joan if all the expected athletes had attended, to which he replied with a yes, and that even the organizing team had to make the decision to increase the number of participants in view of the unregistered athletes who wanted to participate. This news saddened me for the whole weekend.

Esto me ha dado un fuerte golpe a nivel emocional, dejando mi autoestima y motivación decaída, con un gran vacío existencial que me acompaña diariamente sin cesar, volviendo mis días tormentosos y mis noches depresivas entre los lamentos y el insomnio. Es por ello que he tomado la decisión de entrar en este estado de introspección, para lograr reconocer e identificar todo aquello que me está afectando y encontrar la mejor solución que me permita drenar todas estas emociones negativas y volver a mi estado original de paz y tranquilidad.

This has given me a strong blow on an emotional level, leaving my self-esteem and motivation down, with a great existential void that accompanies me daily without ceasing, making my days stormy and my nights depressive between regrets and insomnia. That is why I have made the decision to enter into this state of introspection, in order to recognize and identify everything that is affecting me and find the best solution that will allow me to drain all these negative emotions and return to my original state of peace and tranquility.

Espero poder recuperarme pronto, sé que de las situaciones difíciles y de la adversidad provienen las mayores fortalezas y virtudes, y pensando en esto, me despido de todos hasta la segunda parte, que será la descarga de toda negatividad a través de una batalla contra mí mismo.

I hope to recover soon, I know that from difficult situations and adversity come the greatest strengths and virtues, and with this in mind, I bid you all farewell until the second part, which will be the discharge of all negativity through a battle against myself.
