hola hermosa comunidad por aquí pasando a dejar este precioso vídeo, me preguntaba porque me siento mal yo cuando las personas que amo me tratan mal me cuesta defenderme vivía con ello en mi cabeza después de tanto pensé en nuestras relaciones familiares de pareja y amistas siempre creamos contratos imaginarios donde nos encajamos a cumplirlos al pie de la letra simplemente porque creemos que así funciona pero no analizamos si en realidad estamos ganando en ese contrato si de verdad recibimos lo mismo que ofrecemos o simplemente entregamos mucho y recibimos poco, o si hacemos cosas porque nos toca o porque amamos hacerlo por los demás

los invito a analizar sus relaciones con sus seres amados a ver que tipo de contratos imaginarios tienen y si no son lo que ustedes merecen recuerda que se puede romper el contrato y volver a crear uno nuevo donde los movimientos acciones se hagan por amor no por que sea obligación.

les doy un ejemplo el esposo y la esposa cuando el llega cansado de trabajar todos los benditos días ella debe masajear le los pies y si no lo hace la trata mal porque esta incumpliendo como esposa según el contrato que hicieron pero la realidad es que ella también trabaja y además se ocupa de las niñas y de su casa y aun así nunca recibe un masaje.

I was wondering why I feel bad when the people I love treat me badly I find it hard to defend myself I lived with it in my head after so much thought in our family relationships of couples and friends we always create imaginary contracts where we fit to fulfill them to the letter simply because we believe that it works but we do not analyze if we are really winning in that contract if we really receive the same as we offer or simply deliver much and receive little, or if we do things because it touches us or because we love to do it for others.

I invite you to analyze your relationships with your loved ones to see what kind of imaginary contracts you have and if they are not what you deserve, remember that you can break the contract and recreate a new one where the movements and actions are done out of love and not because it is an obligation.

I give you an example the husband and the wife when he arrives tired from work every blessed day she must massage his feet and if she does not do it he treats her badly because she is not complying as a wife according to the contract they made but the reality is that she also works and also takes care of the children and her house and even so she never receives a massage.
