HIVE OPEN MIC Week #127 | Kofi Karikari - Yahweh (cover)

Greetings Hive Open Mic family, musicians and lovers of music alike..... Great to be a part of another week here. I've been unable to come up with a song fitting the theme all week, but thanks to the wonderful entries I've listened to so far I'm finally here with mine.

Tevazu, the theme by @okayozdemiroglu which means Humility or Modesty in my opinion can relate to the reverence of God.... It takes Humility for a human as intelligent as we are to be honest with ourselves and recognise the presence of an higher power.

The song Yahweh, is a Christian song about reverence to God which calls him by his name and not just a title. In sync with the theme I did a little medley with a verse from In Christ Alone, which talks about the Humility of Jesus leading to his sacrifice..... I hope you like it.

Saludos a la familia de Hive Open Mic, músicos y amantes de la música por igual... Genial ser parte de otra semana aquí. No he podido encontrar una canción que encaje con el tema en toda la semana, pero gracias a las maravillosas entradas que he escuchado hasta ahora, finalmente estoy aquí con la mía.

Tevazu, el tema de @okayozdemiroglu que significa Humildad en mi opinión puede relacionarse con la reverencia de Dios.... Se necesita humildad para que un ser humano tan inteligente como nosotros sea honesto con nosotros mismos y reconozca la presencia de un poder superior .

La canción Yahweh, es una canción cristiana sobre la reverencia a Dios que lo llama por su nombre y no solo por un título. En sintonía con el tema hice un pequeño popurrí con un verso de In Christ Alone, que habla de la humildad de Jesús que lleva a su sacrificio..... Espero que les guste.
