Mis respetos muchachos por esta excelente comunidad, a ustedes y al resto de participantes semanales de esta comunidad vamos sumando kilómetros y salud, inspirando a terceros e incluso inspirándonos a nosotros mismos a seguir en esta actividad tan positiva.

Para celebrar el aniversario de Hiverun que mejor manera de hacerlo que... corriendo.

El día de ayer me dispuse a realizar mi entrenamiento planificado sin embargo ante la indisposición por motivos de salud de mi amigo @vandres al igual que los problemas en sus asignaciones por parte de @moireyes decidí invitar a mi ahijado, un chamin de 15 años que sinceramente pasa demasiado tiempo al frente de una pantalla, nada en contra del gamming, yo también podría considerarme un gamer pero estar todo el día en ello tampoco es algo muy positivo.

Inicialmente me dijo que no, pero luego le dije que seguro era incapaz de alcanzarme 😎 y eso fue suficiente para que se animara.

Le explique la ruta que tomaríamos, le dije que cualquier cosa me dijera si se cansaba que en caso de hacerlo yo no lo esperaría 😜 y me dijo que todo bien.

Como pueden ver logramos hacer un poquito más de 3km a un buen ritmo promedio de 6,35min/km, en lo particular me sentí bastante cómodo con la carrera, el clima, solo si pasaron dos hechos curiosos.

1. En los últimos metros mi ahijado apretó el ritmo era como si quisiera pasarme y tomar distancia, no lo deje también apreté y pudimos culminar parejos

2. En el 1.1km encontramos mucho trafico tanto que nos obligo a parar por un muy corto plazo de tiempo, tal cambio de ritmo lo indico en la siguiente imagen, puede que quizás sin tener ese contratiempo los tiempos en general fuesen mejorado bastante en comparación al tiempo total que fueron 20:16min.

Por último disfrute muchísimo de la carrera, mi ahijado al finalizar estaba como si no fuese corrido! creo lo subestime, un par de kilómetros más y quizás si me dejaba botado 😅

Quiero dejar una reflexión, mis actividades con Hive Run y con las carreras como tal empezaron hace ya 3 meses, gracias como he dicho en otras ocasiones por la insistencia y buen consejo de mi amigo @vandres y al día de hoy las diferencias las he podido notar, caso tal que ya he vuelvo a jugar fútbol sala algo de lo que estaba en cierto sentido retirado por el miedo a una lesión, pero más allá de eso por que también mis condiciones físicas estaban en su peor momento, en las últimas dos oportunidades recientes que he vuelto a jugar he podido correr sin dificultad además de no cansarme con facilidad, eso me ha alegrado muchísimo ya que es un hecho notorio del que pude darme cuenta en pleno juego.

Esto apenas está empezando, las metas están trazadas y luego de cumplidas iremos por otras.

My respects guys for this excellent community, to you and the rest of the weekly participants of this community we are adding miles and health, inspiring others and even inspiring ourselves to continue in this positive activity.

To celebrate Hiverun's anniversary, what better way to do it than.... running.

Yesterday I was ready to do my planned training, however due to the health problems of my friend @vandres and the problems in his assignments by @moireyes I decided to invite my godson, a 15 year old teenager who honestly spends too much time in front of a screen, nothing against gamming, I could also consider myself a gamer but being all day on it is not something very positive either.

Initially he told me no, but then I told him that he sure was unable to reach me 😎 and that was enough to make him cheer up.

I explained the route we would take, told him anything to tell me if he got tired that in case he did I wouldn't wait for him 😜 and he said all good.

As you can see we managed to do a little over 3km at a good average pace of 6.35min/km, in particular I felt quite comfortable with the race, the weather, only two curious facts happened.

1. In the last meters my godson pressed the pace it was as if he wanted to pass me and take distance, I did not let him also pressed and we were able to finish even.

2. In the 1.1km we found a lot of traffic so much that forced us to stop for a very short period of time, such a change of pace is indicated in the following image, maybe without this setback the overall times would have been much better compared to the total time which was 20:16min.

Finally, I enjoyed the race very much, my godson at the end was as if he had not been run! I think I underestimated him, a couple of kilometers more and maybe he would have left me behind 😅.

We have a battle cry "VAMOO'".

I want to leave a reflection, my activities with Hive Run and with the races as such began 3 months ago, thanks as I have said on other occasions by the insistence and good advice of my friend @vandres and today the differences I have been able to notice, case such that I have already returned to play indoor soccer something that was in a sense withdrawn for fear of injury, But beyond that because my physical conditions were also at their worst, in the last two recent opportunities that I have returned to play I have been able to run without difficulty in addition to not get tired easily, that has made me very happy because it is a notorious fact that I could realize in full play.

This is just beginning, the goals are drawn and after they are accomplished we will go for others.
