It is another "Manic Monday" & I am back to the channel in full form....
After a week of what was supposed to be relaxation & rejuvenation, it was quickly shown to me that it wasn't going to go according to my plan...offline changes occurred as well as a shift in my mindset & direction...
We are all on a life quest, no matter who we are. It could be to achieve any goals we set for ourselves or even cultivate new (or stagnant) relationships. It could even be just to work on our own self growth....
Regardless, it's important we remember that we are all here to do just that....to improve on ourselves & keep making the necessary tweaks or changes we need in order to be the best versions we can be.... it is not a one time deal...it is a constant process...
In this video, I talk about what I learned from last week as well as discuss what's going on with the channel. Also, I share a nugget that can help you in your own journey...
