AFRI-TUNES WEEK #88/ IMELA BY NATHANIEL BASSEY/ COVERED BY SLEEMFIT✨. [ENG-ESP]

Hello everyone, welcome to Afri-tunes week #88. I trust we all are doing okay, for this week I'd be performing a gospel song by Nigerian gospel singer-songwriter, trumpeter and pastor "Nathaniel Bassey" called "Imela". Imela is an igbo way of saying thank you,so this is me just being grateful to God for everything. I know I performed a song by Nathaniel Bassey last week (Wonderful Wonder), and here I am again performing his song again. Well how I come about my song selections, I just let the vibes flow when I pick my guitar, play a few chords and hum something....As the spirit leads 😉. The song that came to mind was Imela by Nathaniel Bassey, God has been faithful.... it's been a rollercoaster year, but we're thriving. Not where I want to be yet but definitely not where I used to be, so I'm thankful for His mercies 🙏.

The song basically talks about the faithfulness of God even in our unfaithfulness, He remains faithful to us. He provides our needs, keeps us in health and protects us. It shows how He loves us unconditionally, excessively even when we are not so loveable...He still cares about us 😊. We must have a grateful heart and give Him thanks in all times and seasons. I'm just really happy and grateful to God for growth, I'm finally doing some things I always wanted to do, God has made a way for me to fund that. I'm just really excited and really positive about it, having good people around me that supports and believe in what I have to offer. It's all beginning to add up slowly but steady. Don't worry @afri-tunes fam y'all would be the first to know 😉. So I just want to spur you on, stay grateful, always believe.... God's got you. Hola a todos, bienvenidos a la semana 88 de Afri-tunes. Confío en que todos estemos bien, porque esta semana interpretaré una canción gospel del cantautor, trompetista y pastor de gospel nigeriano "Nathaniel Bassey" llamada "Imela". Imela es una forma igbo de decir gracias, así que soy yo agradeciendo a Dios por todo. Sé que interpreté una canción de Nathaniel Bassey la semana pasada (Wonderful Wonder), y aquí estoy nuevamente interpretando su canción. Bueno, cómo hago mis selecciones de canciones, simplemente dejo que las vibraciones fluyan cuando toco mi guitarra, toco algunos acordes y tarareo algo.... Mientras el espíritu me guía 😉. La canción que me vino a la mente fue Imela de Nathaniel Bassey, Dios ha sido fiel... ha sido un año de montaña rusa, pero estamos prosperando. Todavía no estoy donde quiero estar, pero definitivamente no donde solía estar, así que estoy agradecido por Sus misericordias 🙏.

La canción básicamente habla de la fidelidad de Dios incluso en nuestra infidelidad, Él permanece fiel a nosotros. Él provee nuestras necesidades, nos mantiene en salud y nos protege. Muestra cómo Él nos ama incondicionalmente, excesivamente incluso cuando no somos tan amables... Él todavía se preocupa por nosotros 😊. Debemos tener un corazón agradecido y darle gracias en todo tiempo y época. Estoy muy feliz y agradecido con Dios por el crecimiento, finalmente estoy haciendo algunas cosas que siempre quise hacer, Dios ha creado una manera para que yo pueda financiar eso. Estoy muy emocionado y muy positivo al respecto, tener buena gente a mi alrededor que me apoya y cree en lo que tengo para ofrecer. Todo está empezando a acumularse lenta pero constantemente. No se preocupen, familia de @afri-tunes, ustedes serán los primeros en saberlo 😉. Así que sólo quiero animarte a seguir siendo agradecido, creer siempre... Dios te tiene.
