Quarantine Day 56- New Venue for boxing Fitness

So a slight change of venue for boxing fitness training today. Phil fro JPs Crossfit Gym brought a punchbag over the the dive shop. I have been there overseeing a few things recently and have neglected the punchbag at home. I hope the bag doesn't get jealous now I am using this one. Was alot of fun but the heat was a tad difficult to deal with. Still managed 12 x 90 second rounds so was happy. Hurting now, need to step up a gear. Get the old man frame into action.
