Home Brew Tasting.

Four weeks ago, I wrote about brewing my beer. I kept it very simple with only 2 grains and 1 type of hops.

After the brewing was completed, I fermented the beer for two weeks, where after I bottled it and bottle aged it for another two weeks.

It was finally time to taste my brew.

The beer poured beautifully, with a hazy yellow colour and a nice white head on top. The beer tasted good, but for me it had a bit to little flavour, should have added a bit of bittering hops.

My friends and my wife however liked this beer. My wife do not normally like beer as it is to bitter for her liking. This is really a mild tasting beer, it is not bad but not exceptional.

I had a few friends over, thus while we were testing the beer, we also put some meat on the braai, we had a real great time together, eating, testing beer and socializing.
