Fallout 3 Walkthrough (Modded) Part 312

We fight our way to the bank interiors. Can I reach a good outcome? This is the fourteenth episode of Washington Malevolence.

Note: The mod was updated since I played it, so things may differ when you play it.

• 00:41 - I head south to meet Jimmy near the firehouse. I equip the ZX-98 Cannon found at Vault 98.
• 01:31 - Talking to Jimmy. We must reach a sewer entrance to the south. While they take down the shields, I hold the enemies attacking us from the north and northeast.
• 02:52 - First enemy wave (Enclave) from the north. The frame rate will drop in this episode. I use the ZX-98 Cannon on them (see why you can use that weapon in closed spaces?).
• 03:41 - More enemies from the northeast (between the two buildings).
• 03:55 - The allies sometimes run towards the enemies and in front of me. I'll run out of ECP for the ZX-98 pretty soon. Each blast from the weapon consumes 50 of them.
• 07:24 - Where are you guys running? Anyway, the shield is down. We go south and spot the Brotherhood. They are hostile towards us. Fighting them here, don't turn the folks at the Citadel against us.
• 10:47 - I wait for the team to open the sewer entrance. More Enclave units spawn in the north, and I throw more grenades at them. A few more shots of the ZX-98 help, too.
• 13:21 - It's Missile Launcher time.
• 14:55 - We can use the Entrance To Underground Tunnel. Jimmy says to take Zachary and a few others.
• 16:03 - The BoS and the Enclave are shooting each other in the Underground Tunnel.
• 16:51 - That door to the southwest leads to the Clearbank. I'll clear the area first.
• 18:42 - A few Enclave crates near the northern exit. I returned south, collected some ammo, and then used the door to Manhole Ladder To Cleabank. Oops! It's just another was outside. I return to the Underground and take the path to the north.
• 20:44 - Turn east instead of following north. It's the right path (more Enclave units). We push forward, killing more of them. Jumping The Gun is finished when we reach the door To the Manhole Ladder To the Rock Cape Bank - Entrance. The Great Bank, Part III begins.
• 23:21 - More enemies on the surface. I listen to the team conversation. Jimmy and the others catch up with us.
• 25:18 - Entering Rocky Cape Bank. Pre-war books on the counter. On my way upstairs, Ralph Moritz talks to me. He'll follow us.
• 26:58 - I go downstairs first. The Cell Door requires a key. The door on the opposite side is inaccessible. Well, I go upstairs to the Rocky Cape Bank - 2nd Floor.
• 28:05 - Enemies will attack as we advance through the corridors and room (BoS, Pirates, etc.). I dispatch them as fast as I can.
• 29:07 - Collecting ammo from the dead.
• 29:33 - More Outcasts now. The frame rate will suffer here, too.
• 30:24 - A few more Pirates near the stairs to the Rocky Cape Bank - 3rd Floor.
• 31:33 - More Pirates in the room ahead. Enclaves attack us in the corridor. Even Heavy Gunners with the classic armor showed up (FWE). I take some of their stuff before moving.
• 33:37 - Stairs behind the door on the left are blocked.
• 34:22 - The local map reveals the right path. A grenade kills the enemies on the stairs. We enter the Rocky Cape Bank - 4th Floor.
• 35:12 - I enter the room on the left and kill some enemies. More Pirates attack from the corridor on the other side. (I skip some useless scenes.) I went south, then west, and found the stairs to the Rocky Cape Bank - 5th Floor.
• 36:25 - Another door to the 4th Floor below to the north. I return to the 5th Floor to take the path to the east and the stairs. More Pirates and Enclave units attack us.
• 37:45 - Taking their ammo. I enter the next room, and more BoS units appear. Two grenades helped a lot.
• 38:31 - Bugs never change
• 39:04 - The west path leads to the stairs to the Rocky Cape Bank - Admin Office. I go to the corridor after the room, then to the left, and upstairs. The Memento Mori quest has been added.
• 40:23 - Watch as I use my diplomatic skill to avoid a bloodbath between all factions. Also, pretend you didn't see all the slaughter I caused outside and on the floors below. I go upstairs to talk to them.
• 41:35 - Talking to Sam first. Pay attention.
• 44:13 - Talking to Protector Newman.
• 46:18 - Talking to Commander Newman.
• 48:42 - Talking to Sterling. The situation is under control (mostly). Sterling and Sam have one argument, and Sam's head explodes (literally).
• 50:45 - Talking to Sterling again. He gives me the President's, Bank Manager's, and General Chase's keycards. Also, the Rocky Cape Bank - Saxton's and Chase's passwords.
• 52:25 - I activate the switch on the counter and talk to Eyes. Memento Mori is finished. I and Lizzy return to that locked Cell Door in the lower levels to find Jimmy. The End begins.
• 54:03 - Jimmy opens the Cell Door, and we go downstairs to the Bank Vault. We find Marion and find out that Ralph died from a heart attack. We continue to the elevator and press the switch.
• 55:58 - Activating the Vault Door Control Pod.

We are almost there.
