Fallout 3 Walkthrough (Modded) Part 221

I go to Fairfax House in this episode, which has changed since the old A World of Pain version.

Note: ENB replaces Reshade, Cinematech, Dynavision, and other visual mods. All the episodes from now on were recorded on a more powerful computer. I re-recorded some parts of my walkthrough as I was dissatisfied with the quality of some videos - episodes 210 to 238 - recorded with the older computer (low frame rate and pixelation).

• 00:46 - From Jefferson Memorial to Fort Independence. From there, I go east to Fairfax Ruins.
• 01:23 - Frame rate dips heavily around Fairfax. The number of draw calls goes through the roof, and the engine can't handle that.
• 01:44 - Sniping some raiders.
• 02:30 - Followers are detected by the enemy.
• 03:16 - Stairs to the north side.
• 03:52 - How did I miss?
• 05:06 - Killing the remaining raiders.
• 06:50 - The AI is dumb.
• 07:54 - Inventory management.
• 09:22 - I go east and then north after the bus stop. There are more raiders at the north houses.
• 10:18 - How did I miss that shot??
• 11:04 - I return south and enter Fairfax House. Many Raiders are inside. I sneak around the house, killing everyone.
• 13:22 - Following the raider to the basement. The broken wall to the east leads to the other house's basement.
• 14:00 - Killing the raiders on the other house.
• 14:38 - It's looting time.
• 16:18 - The upper floor is blocked by rubble. I return to the basement. There are frag mines on the shelves and other stuff.
• 17:31 - Grover's body was there. Despite being a named raider, no unique item was found on him.
• 17:56 - Inventory management and back to the first house.
• 19:05 - Ammo and other supplies are scattered around. I use the terminal to open the safe.
• 21:09 - There's a safe behind the cabinet of the last room.
• 23:00 - Leaving Fairfax House. A sunset to end the episode.

I covered all the A World of Pain areas I could find. I'll move to other quest mods in the next episodes.
