Fallout 3 Walkthrough (Modded) Part 206

In this episode, I investigate more locations added by A World Of Pain.

DISCLAIMER: This episode was recorded after the Windows Fall Creators update that partially broke Fallout Stutter Remover. You may notice more stutters and instability when I travel through the map and play the game. This problem was solved only after the release of the F3TF (Fallout 3 Tick Fix).

• 00:35 - I'm west of Springvale School. It's morning, and a sandstorm is happening.
• 00:58 - Heading west towards the elevated highway. I discover Bisley Shack under it.
• 01:46 - Lockpicking.
• 02:13 - A Grognak The Barbarian on the metal shelf to the right.
• 02:25 - Accessing Bisley's Terminal. It's reading time. The last note mentions bomb shelters, like the one in Springvale Sewer.
• 04:34 - It was hard to find, but the map marker added after reading the terminal was the Penn Ave Business Estate.
• 05:00 - Looting the shack.
• 05:16 - A Mini Nuke on the cabinet.
• 05:47 - A Dean's Electronics under a book on the workbench.
• 06:08 - Back outside. I fast travel to Penn Ave South. I go north, then I turn east on second street.
• 07:07 - I approach the fence near the building to discover Penn Ave Business Estate. The door entrance almost overlaps the door added by New Mall - Franklin Mall mod.
• 07:42 - Raiders inhabit the building.
• 08:30 - Hacking the terminal near the entrance. I unlock the safe and find the Security Key.
• 09:00 - Checking the room behind me. I unlock the next door with the key and loot the two gun cabinets.
• 10:05 - Looting the entrance.
• 11:01 - To the hallway. I enter the room on the left and sneak attack the raider.
• 11:50 - Lockpicking the door on the left and inspecting the two other rooms.
• 13:11 - Back in the hallway. There are two raiders to the north.
• 14:03 - The briefcase in the broken elevator had a Psycho.
• 14:00 - The path continues behind the container. I open the door with the Security Key. I see a terminal and another door. I return to the hallway instead.
• 15:53 - Taking the stairs to the first floor above. Another grenade on the poor raiders.
• 16:36 - Going upstairs to the second floor. Another grenade for the Raiders.
• 17:14 - That door leads to the upper floors.
• 17:30 - The floor on the room to the left has collapsed entirely. I don't see anything of value.
• 17:41 - Downstairs to the floor below. I loot the dead raiders and go south through the hallway.
• 18:21 - I enter the room to the west, unaware of the remaining raiders. I kill one while the other run downstairs.
• 18:59 - She ran to the area I was at 14:00. The floor from the rooms above collapsed and fell in the area behind the last door.
• 19:24 - Ammo and first aid boxes near the skeleton.
• 19:59 - I try to jump on the floor above.
• 20:32 - I'm not sure, but the terminal in the previous corridor must open the door the raider opened when fleeing.
• 20:48 - I failed to jump again.
• 21:16 - I gave up and went to the first floor. I return to where I bumped into the raiders (18:21).
