• 23:41 - I tell Tenpenny that the residents have been convinced. Five hundred bottlecaps as a reward.
• 24:35 - I'm back in Warrington Station.
• 26:42 - That Rumble Movie Disc note was added by A World Of Pain mod.
• 27:04 - A Pugilism Illustrated in a wood crate. I mentioned this in the previous episode.
• 27:38 - A Dean's Electronics in the room just past the ghouls' sleeping quarters. I mentioned it in the previous episode.
• 28:39 - I tell Roy Phillips the ghouls can live in Tenpenny Tower. I receive the Ghoul Mask as a reward.
• 29:37 - It's morning. I returned to Tenpenny Tower the following day. This is the chance to have an actual good ending to this quest. The Tenpenny Tower Alternate Ending gives you this option.
• Roy Phillips is responsible for the massacre of Tenpenny Tower residents. This is a fact shown by the dialogues in the game. The mod allows that when Roy is eliminated, ghouls and humans can live in peace.
• How to achieve a lasting peace: If you want humans and ghouls to live together, you have to let the ghouls move in. But prevent further violence. First, convince or force out the residents, then tell Roy Phillips that the ghouls are free to move in, all as in the vanilla game.
  Once the ghouls move in, you can get a hint at what happens next by talking to Roy. If you don't take action against him in 2 days, Tenpenny will be dead; this is your second warning, and you have a few more days to prevent more residents from being killed.
• 30:22 - I'll look for Roy Philips in the Penthouse Suites.
• 30:32 - When talking to him, he'll give hints of his plans: "Tenpenny and his pack of elitists wannabes are in for a real treat soon enough."
• 31:26 - Roy Phillips has to go. I activated my stealth boy, just in case. Then I killed Roy. His death will ensure a good end. Thanks, Fmod, for creating the mod.
• 32:36 - Leaving Tenpenny Tower.
• 32:58 - Ending with the sunrise.
