    Exploring the ruins of Mason District. I enter the DCPD Precinct, a location added by The D.C. Interiors Project, and a deadly battle begins.

    • 00:06 - Entering the precinct and throwing some grenades on the mutants. Then I retreat.
    • 01:07 - I enter again to continue the fight, only to have my arm crippled.
    • 01:53 - Some Morphine to ignore the crippled limb. I enter again, only to be hit by a laser weapon.
    • 02:30 - Third attempt. Now things go much better, although I ran out of 5.56 ammo.
    • 04:27 - Being hit by a grenade. Ouch! I switch from the shotgun to that minigun I found (Scary Go Round) and finish the last super mutant. Dogmeat distracts the enemies.
    • 06:56 - One remaining super mutant is killed upstairs.
    • 08:05 - Checking the Wanted posters.

    • 08:33 - The elevator seems to open by hacking the terminal. I don't have the skill to do it now.
    • 09:05 - Saving a Wasteland Captive.
    • 10:16 - A locked door that seems open by hacking that other terminal.
    • 11:09 - Reading the 911 terminals.
    • 14:43 - Trying to explode the locked door. I will return here in another episode to open it, as (peculiar) gnome is there.
    • 15:58 - Trading with a random adventurer.
    • 17:35 - A copy of Guns And Bullets on the second floor of the destroyed house.
    • 18:37 - Entering Drunkin Donuts (The DC Interiors Project).
    • 21:45 - I went home and returned on the next day. Some super mutants show up.
    • 22:27 - The Talon Company attacks the super mutants on the nearby building.
    • 24:23 - Entering Majority's Whip Ice Cream (The DC Interiors).
    • 26:15 - Entering U.S. Post Offiice.
    • 27:08 - Lockpicking the Metal gate, shooting the current, and leveling up. I choose the Commando perk.
    • 30:11 - Destroying the second turret.
    • 33:00 - Entering Tonto's Indians (The DC Interiors) and realizing I forgot Dogmeat in the Post Office.
      -:35:26 - If you pause the video and look above the cabinets, you will see a unique garden gnome. I will return here much later to take it to complete a quest.
    • 36:08 - Entering No Exit (The DC interiors).
    • 37:17 - Finding a safe with an (FWE) 14mm pistol inside.
    • 38:26 - Discovering Mason District South.
    • 38:43 - Lockpicking the door to Tinker's Toys (The DC Interiors).
    • 42:13 - I thought that the super mutant was still alive. LOL.
    • 44:23 - Looting everybody.
