Fallout 3 Walkthrough (Modded) Part 239

After leaving Vault 101 for the first time, a flyer about a lecture at the Roosevelt Academy caught my attention. I eventually visited Roosevelt Academy and found clues mentioning the Professor's House. This is the first episode of To Sleep - Perchance To Dream mod.
I just discovered that the mod author's old site (Puce Moose) was saved on the Wayback Machine. You can find more information about the puzzles there.

Note: ENB replaces Reshade, Cinematech, Dynavision, and other visual mods. All the episodes from now on were recorded on a more powerful computer. I re-recorded some parts of my walkthrough as I was dissatisfied with the quality of some videos - episodes 210 to 238 - recorded with the older computer (low frame rate and pixelation).

• 00:33 - Clip from my visit to Roosevelt Academy. On the stage, I find the Dream - Note Found In The Lectern.
• 02:09 - Clip from my visit to Roosevelt Academy (Arts & Athletics Hall). I discover a suitcase in the men's room. The Dream - I Had A Dream, Note In The Professor's Briefcase (audio log), and The Professor's House Key.
• 05:54 - Enough flashbacks. It's morning, and I'm south of Roosevelt Academy, on the other side of the river. Some Talon Mercs spawned under the bridge.
• 07:30 - Heading west, you can see a house in the middle of the river. I take the boat to reach the small island.
• 08:36 - Checking the broken Mister Handy. I find the Dream - Robot Activity Log and a fission battery. There's a footlocker to the northwest, between the tree and the picnic table.
• 09:27 - Reading the Robot Activity Log. It's a long story.
• 17:25 - Unlocking the door with the Dream - The Professor's House Key.
• 17:52 - A Stereolad near the chair. There's also a Sheet Music Book on the stand.
• 19:34 - I tried to read that Stereolad, but the paper was too old and was destroyed.
• 20:05 - Checking the bathroom. A mod changed the Abraxo Cleaner texture, but I fixed that later.
• 20:30 - Heading to the kitchen. I got distracted by the painting on the wall.
• 22:14 - Going upstairs. There's a poster on the corridor wall. It's part of a puzzle.
• 22:31 - The "Dream - Temperature" is on the bookcase and near the camera. More information for a puzzle.
• 24:04 - Bedroom with glowing mushrooms and a footlocker.
• 24:26 - The professor's office (I presume). I hack the terminal and find two notes: The Purpose and The Passage.
• 28:09 - I put my stuff into the footlocker. However, I'm not ready to sleep in that bed. I go downstairs and check for clues.
• 31:04 - Entering the bathroom again. I noticed something on the wall. The sink knobs are a puzzle. I walk around the house, looking for clues.
• 32:46 - Reading the "Dream - Water" again. There are clues somewhere.
• 36:20 - The clue was in the professor's office. The drawing is on the desk. I go to the sink and turn the knobs: Turn the hot water knob to the right; Turn the cold water knob to the right; Turn the cold water knob to the left. Now, kick the sink.
• 38:09 - The wall opens and reveals a secret room. I find the "Dream - The Door" on the workbench.
• 40:32 - Accessing the Terminal. The notes contain information about our next puzzle.
• 43:37 - Click on the "Release Mushroom Garden Controls" option. A switch descends from the ceiling.
