    Hello my dear viewers. Welcome back to my channel. I'm here once again with my new recipe video of "A Very Delicious and Super Tasty Veg Chowmein In Indian Style".๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ

    Veg Chowmein Recipe!!!
    Ingredients:-

    1. Noodles (200 grams approximately)
    2. Oil (2 tbsp)
    3. 1/2 medium sized Onion(Sliced)
    4. 1/2 Capsicum(Sliced)
    5. 1/2 Carrot(Sliced)
    6. 1/4 Cabbage(Sliced)
    7. Soya Sauce(2 tbsp)
    8. Red Chilli Sauce(1 tbsp)
    9. Green Chilli Sauce(1 tbsp)
    10. Tomato Ketchup(1 tbsp)
    11. Vinegar(1/2 tbsp)
    12. Salt (1+1/2 tsp or as per taste)
    13. Black Pepper Powder (1/2 tsp or as per taste)

    Method:-

    1. Take a vessel and add 4 cups of water.

    2. Add 1/2 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt.

    3. When the water is about to boil, add raw noodles.

    4. But Don't break the noodles.

    5. Just put them in the vessel as it is.

    6. Boil the noodles on medium high flame.

    7. It takes approximately 10 to 12 minutes to cook the noodles.

    8. Keep checking the noodles in between.

    9. When the noodles are cooked properly, drain the water immediately.

    10. Then wash the noodles using cold water and transfer them in a plate.

    11. Spread the noodles in a plate to overcooking.

    12. Take 1 tsp of oil and rub it properly on the noodles.

    13. Now, Take a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil.

    14. Heat it properly and then add the sliced onions.

    15. Cook them for about 8 to 10 seconds.

    16. Keep the flame high while the cooking process.

    17. Then add the sliced carrots and sliced cabbage.

    18. Cook them for about 25 to 30 seconds.

    19. Now, add the sliced capsicum and cook it for about 10 seconds.

    20. We don't have to cook the vegetables for too long.

    21. A little crunch in the vegetables tastes good in the noodles.

    22. Now, add the sauces and the salt and pepper.

    23. Make sure that you don't put excess quantity of salt because the sauces also contain salt.

    24. Stir the vegetables and the sauces for about 5 seconds and then add the boiled noodles.

    25. Give it a nice toss and cook it for about 10 to 15 seconds.

    26. Now, the noodles are ready to serve.
