    Pani puri is a popular street food of India, where crisp fried dough balls of samolina or wheat (puri) are stuffed with chickpeas, Bundi, coriander, potatoes, sprouts, spicy tangy water or sweet chutney!!

    The culinary genius who invented them is lost in the pages of history, but if Indians had known who invented pani puri (or whatever you call this yummy snack), they would have thanked that person for generations!

    Recipe For PANI PURI /GOL GAPPE 🌟

    🔆For Puri :-

    1 Cup Rava/ Sooji

    2 tbsp Maida

    A pinch of Baking Soda

    Water and oil to knead

    Salt as per taste

    🔆For Spicy (Green) Pani :-

    1 cup Coriander

    Half cup Mint/ Pudina leaves

    Chat masala - 1/2 tsp

    1/2 tsp Black salt

    Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp

    Green chilly

    1-2 Garlic

    Boondi

    🔆For Sweet ( tamarind) Water :

    1/2 cup tamarind (Soaked in water)

    1 cup jaggery

    Cumin Powder

    Pinch of black salt

    1/2 tsp red chilli powder

    1/2 tsp chat masala

    ❇️Pani Puri Recipe : How to do?❇️

    Mix Maida and Rava, Knead the dough with water and oil. (Not too hard and not too soft)

    Once done rest the dough under a damp cloth for 20-30 minutes

    After that roll, it in round shape and cut the puris with help of a cookie cutter or small round shaped vessel. Note that the puris should be thin but not too thin

    Make sure you cover the puris in damp cloth until you finish doing all of them.

    Fry them in moderately hot oil.

    Andddddd Puris are READY!!!!

    🔆For Spicy ( Green) Water :

    Wash coriander and mint leaves and transfer them into the grinder.

    Add Green chilli , Garlic, Ginger and grind the mixture well.

    Make a thin paste.

    Transfer it into the bowl, Add around 1 glass of water and mix well

    Add Cumin powder, chat masala and mix it.

    Add Boondi from the top and Spicy Water is ready !!!!

    🔆For Sweet ( Tamarind) Water :

    Take the soaked tamarind water and jaggery.

    Heat pan on low flame and cook these ingredients for 5-10 mins.

    Once Jaggery dissolves completely turn of the gas

    Now take strainer , Strain the mixture into the vessel. Smash the mixture in the strainer with spoon and drain all the mixture into the vessel.

    Now again heat the mixture for 2-3 minutes and transfer it to the vessel by straining it.

    Add red chili powder, Cumin powder and chat masala , Pich of black salt to the water /mixture in the vessel.

    Mix well and your Tamarind water is Done!!!!!!!!
