    Una aclaratoria bien simple, para muchas personas incluyendome, antes de iniciar este estilo de vida saludable y es que creemos que necesitamos TODO un proceso de perfeccionamiento respecto a los ejercicios y tenemos que ser super atletas o que tenemos que ganar un Master Chef Fitness, ya que sin eso es imposible hacerlo, lo cuál es mega FALSO y esto lo dejo claro, porque yo mismo cuando empecé a entrenar, pensaba que me iban a poner cosas super complicadas y NO, cuando se trabaja bien con alguien que apenas inicia, el enfoque siempre debe ser básico y que sea la tecnica correcta, aplica para ejercicios y alimentación, si dominas lo básico ya puedes avanzar, por eso al final te dejé una rutina, así que cuentame que te gustó más de este video 🤟
