Reto 366 de Burpees Día #20 [Esp/Eng Subtitled] 🔥🔥🔥

   Aunque duela, debemos seguir y aunque, recién, estamos arrancando, esto realmente será épico y duro. Reconozco, que la flexión de brazo, me cuesta un poco, pero como mi fortaleza son las piernas, lo complemento con el salto. Igualmente, conforme pase el tiempo, deberemos dosificar los burpees.       Los primeros 20 días, como experiencia, es muy positiva. El cuerpo, ya empieza a dar sus señales de progreso y en este caso, por ejemplo, siento mayor fortaleza en mis brazos y eso para mí es muy positivo.

      Como recomendación, les diría que no duden en realizarlo, sin tanta preparación. Como verán en el video, en algunas ocasiones, lo realice con short de jean; Algo realmente incómodo, pero al no ser tantas, lo hice de una. Igualmente, cuando debamos hacer 100, 200 burpees, ahí si debemos prepararnos con ropa cómoda para la ocasión.
