Saludos, estimados amigos del deporte. Un amante de las dos ruedas con motor a pulmón, el amigo Rubén, me invita a realizar un entrenamiento casi 100% rural bike y obviamente, sin dudar, lo acepté inmediatamente. Tenía que ir distante 30 km, hasta cañuelas, para encontrarme con él y para no ir solo, invite al amigo Whas (es su sobrenombre y la verdad, no sé porque lo llaman así).

Pasamos por la Fortuna y sinceramente, con el cuerpo caliente, me sentía muy bien, pero conforme caía la tarde, el frío se adueñaba de la situación y empezaba a padecerlo.

Recorrimos más de 85 km a buen ritmo y terminé en casa, muy cansado y con bastante hambre. Por suerte, mi esposa Zuni, saco una crema antinflamatoria y sinceramente me hizo muy bien.

We rode more than 85 km at a good pace and I ended up at home, very tired and quite hungry. Luckily, my wife Zuni, took out an anti-inflammatory cream and honestly it did me a lot of good.
