Action from the Ground Up... It's all about will. That's right folks, more than motivation, it's all about discipline and will, and as always, coupled with energy, those elements are what we have plenty of. Today with a routine where we will perform displacements from the ground, with a unique, strong and totally different action. Here we do not invent, here we are based on the needs of each one of you, since we do not demand that you perform the exercises as we present them.

It is totally understandable that we all do not have the same physical capacity, and I include myself, because most likely there are brothers who perform the movements with more intensity than me, and I like that because it feels that little by little everyone is reaching their level. For now, as I like it, the dynamic that follows will put the whole body to work.

This is an aspect that I love, because from my point of view we give uniformity to all the muscles, others will have their own vision and I respect each one of them. But one thing I do tell you, let's burn those calories, let's activate in challenge mode to give the best of us, whether you are intense or not, what matters to me is that you initiate in action. Come on, don't get left behind and live a wonderful fitness experience.

You already know how we start our routines, but as I always say, let's get active with warm-ups, we can't leave this behind. If you overlook it you will most likely get injured.

    Warm-up 1: Gentle rope whip
. Standing with legs hip-width apart, knees slightly bent. Arms in front with elbows slightly bent and hands clasped. Already in position, we perform pulse with the legs and without stopping we shake the arms up and down, as if we were holding a rope in each hand. 3 minutes of action.

    Warm-up 2: Aerobic openings
. Standing with legs together. Bend your elbows and place your arms in front of you horizontally at chest level. The forearms are placed parallel, i.e. one above the other. Once in the desired position and through jumps, we open legs and arms at the same time. The arms always keep the elbows bent. Jump open, jump close. 3 minutes of activity.

If you still feel that your body is not in the expected condition, warm up a little more. Remember to take 20-second breaks between exercises, and 1 to 2 minutes between sets; do not forget to hydrate, as we must replenish fluids and salts lost during the action.
