@Hivesucre e IMATUR presente del Turismo en Sucre. Cuando inicié en esta hermosa aventura de #hive, jamás imaginé que las cosas podían trascender de lo virtual. Mucho menos me pasó por la mente, que mi persona sería la encargada de transmitir conocimientos a otras personas sobre tópicos enmarcados en la #blockchain. Siempre ha sido una de mis características el ayudar en la medida de lo posible a otras personas y en estos momentos de educación tecnológica, es un total orgullo hablar sobre Hive. Debo confesar que el grado de compromiso que debemos tener como Hive Builder, es sumamente óptimo.

Aquí no hay espacios para medias tintas porque el conocimiento o las ideas que se plasmen en cada evento, serán recibidas y replicadas por futuros usuarios o personas que ya estén dentro de la cadena de bloques, por lo que la información suministrada debe darse de forma clara, precisa y con mucha calidad. Por ello, el equipo que conforma la comunidad @hivesucre constantemente se prepara y adquiere nuevas destrezas para tal fin. No lo sabemos todo ya que día a día aprendemos mucho más y ese aprendizaje lo reciben quienes intervienen en las conferencias o conversatorios y en este caso no fue la excepción, porque a mí lado estuvieron ponentes de gran calibre.

@Hivesucre and IMATUR present of Tourism in Sucre. When I started this beautiful adventure of #hive, I never imagined that things could transcend the virtual. Much less did it cross my mind that I would be in charge of transmitting knowledge to other people about topics framed in the #blockchain. It has always been one of my characteristics to help as much as possible to other people and in these moments of technological education, it is a total pride to talk about Hive. I must confess that the degree of commitment that we must have as Hive Builder, is extremely optimal.

There is no room for half measures here because the knowledge or ideas that are expressed in each event will be received and replicated by future users or people who are already in the blockchain, so the information provided must be clear, accurate and with high quality. Therefore, the team that makes up the @hivesucre community is constantly preparing and acquiring new skills for this purpose. We do not know everything because every day we learn much more and that learning is received by those who intervene in the conferences or talks and in this case was no exception, because at my side were speakers of great caliber.

El evento en cuestión se llevó a cabo en el Instituto Municipal Autónomo del Turismo del Municipio Sucre, ente adscrito a la Alcaldía de Sucre. Todo ello con miras al fortalecimiento de las alianzas establecidas entre esta institución y Hive sucre, para llevar el turismo de la región a niveles superiores. El espacio donde se realizó el evento fue cómodo, el cual poco a poco se fue organizando para que los participantes se sintieran cómodos. De igual manera, se preparó un lugar donde se ubicó el refrigerio el cual sería compartido a la mitad del conversatorio. Se contó con un nutrido grupo de personas que laboran en IMATUR, unos con cuentas abiertas y otros interesados en ingresar al ecosistema.

En esta oportunidad tuve el honor de compartir escenario con dos grandes Hivers @lucianav y el gran @jonsnow1983. Debo confesar que el nivel de conocimiento que posee Jon con respecto a Hive es increíble, en algún momento deseo llegar a tal magistralidad y sé que con constancia y dedicación es posible. El mismo Jon fue quien abrió el evento explicando un poco sobre los temas a tratar durante el conversatorio. Esta parte me gustó, porque más que una conferencia, de verdad que el feedback ocurrido fue tremendo, hubieron muchas dudas y comentarios que fueron aclarados y cada asistente siempre quedaba conforme con las respuestas. De igual manera, Jon se encargó de presentarnos y dar por iniciado el conversatorio.

The event was held at the Instituto Municipal Autónomo del Turismo del Municipio Sucre, an entity attached to the Mayor's Office of Sucre. All this with a view to strengthening the alliances established between this institution and Hive Sucre, to take tourism in the region to higher levels. The space where the event was held was comfortable, which little by little was organized to make the participants feel comfortable. Likewise, a place was prepared for refreshments to be shared in the middle of the conversation. There was a large group of people working in IMATUR, some with open accounts and others interested in joining the ecosystem.

In this opportunity I had the honor of sharing the stage with two great Hivers @lucianav and the great @jonsnow1983. I must confess that the level of knowledge that Jon has regarding Hive is incredible, at some point I want to reach such mastery and I know that with perseverance and dedication it is possible. Jon himself was the one who opened the event explaining a little about the topics to be discussed during the talk. I liked this part, because more than a conference, the feedback was tremendous, there were many doubts and comments that were clarified and each attendee was always satisfied with the answers. In the same way, Jon was in charge of introducing us and starting the conversation.

Mi persona fue el primero en explicar los temas referidos a la web3, blockchain, que es Hive, los elementos que integran el ecosistema, por qué Hive, por qué estamos aquí y por qué continuar consolidando nuestra cadena de bloques. El desarrollo del conversatorio fue sumamente dinámico y siempre se contó con la intervención de Jon, quien ofrecía muchos tips y recomendaciones sobre los puntos tratados, este pana es un maestro, de verdad que sí. Por otro lado, a medida que avanzaban los temas, surgían dudas y éstas eran aclaradas por todo el equipo de @hivesucre, hubo risas, comentarios, mucha enseñanza y sobre todo la disposición de ayudar a todos.

Acto seguido, llegó el momento de la intervención de @lucianav quien destacó su experiencia dentro de hive como creadora de contenido y como moderadora de su comunidad de maquillaje. Lógicamente el punto de la creación de contenido, comunidades, fuentes y etiquetas fueron sus tópicos de encuentro. Muy importante, siempre destacando el uso correcto de cada elemento a la hora de crear contenido, ya que se deben otorgar los créditos necesarios cuando usamos material que no es propio.

On the other hand, as the topics progressed, doubts arose and these were clarified by the entire @hivesucre team, there was laughter, comments, a lot of teaching and above all the willingness to help everyone.

Then it was time for @lucianav to speak, who highlighted her experience within hive as a content creator and as a moderator of her makeup community. Logically the point of content creation, communities, sources and tags were her meeting topics. Very important, always highlighting the correct use of each element when creating content, since the necessary credits must be given when we use material that is not our own.

Un aspecto que siempre hemos tenido como comunidad, es que ofrecemos a hive como un todo, como una Blockchain que no solo tiene aplicaciones que se limitan a la creación de contenido, sino que vamos más allá porque claro está que creamos contenido, pero también alguien puede ser desarollador de aplicaciones, puedes ser inversor financiero o tecnológico, puedes entrar en el mundo financiero y de los nft, puedes adoptar las monedas nativas para que tu negocio sea próspero; en fin las posibilidades que existen dentro de la cadena son ilimitadas.

Y ejemplo de ello son todas las actividades que ha emprendido Hive Sucre en cuanto a la Cripto adopción, porque son más de 21 locales que han dado un paso al frente aceptando el #HBD como forma de pago, para que todos los Hivers puedan adquirir bienes y servicios. Y como una noticia fabulosa, lo que demuestra el trabajo que realiza @hivesucre de la mano de sus fundadores @edmundochauran y @aksurevm89 en conjunto con el rey del norte, es que se han hecho alianzas con empresarios del Parque Nacional Mochima, para otorgar paquetes turísticos donde los Hivers pueden cancelar en HBD. Hubo un momento para el refrigerio, para que se diera paso a las palabras del rey del norte @jonsnow1983, quien se destacó en el aspecto de la seguridad dentro de hive, threespeak y unos tips para quienes aún no han realizado su presentación dentro de hive. Sinceramente este evento fue muy productivo tanto para IMATUR, como para nosotros como ponentes porque el lazo de hermandad que se ha formado entre todos los intervinientes es maravilloso.

Algo que me encantó, fue que la mayoría de los asistentes tenían algo que identificaba a hive, unos con gorras, otros con llaveros y franelas y un detalle especial, es que Carlos Villarroel usuario hive @cjarte fue quien elaboró el arte de Hive e IMATUR que ustedes pueden disfrutar.
