Fast forward to a couple of hours later, and I did visit the gym and did workouts like I planned to. It had been two weeks since I found this place and last visited, and so I was excited to go again and get pumped up. I couldn't help but document some of the experience with some video clips, which I have now put together to show you.

Since it had been well over a year since I actively did workouts and hit the gym, I chose to go really small two weeks ago, when I finally resumed. I just did basic body workouts without weights, other than the squats with weights, as I knew that I couldn't go all out as it had been quite a while. This time, however, I had a very intense session.
My focus was mainly on chest, arms, and leg workouts today: bench press, dips, and cable press for chess; curls and dips for arms; squats for the legs. And then I added some lat pull-downs.
I intend to hit the gym in the coming week. It only happens to be a busy week for me. However the case may turn out, I should be there again next Saturday.
