¡Hola, Hivers! 😊

Este año pude visitar dos veces la estancia “La Mimosa”, ubicada en la provincia de Buenos Aires en Argentina. La primera vez fue al final del verano y la segunda vez fue durante el invierno.

Si eres amante de la naturaleza, recomiendo que visites este lugar, ya seas de Argentina u otro país. Yo quedé encantada y muy a gusto. En ambas ocasiones, asistí con mis antiguos compañeros de trabajo cuando estuve en Investigación Clínica. Fueron jornadas de 10 horas, pero me hubiese gustado mucho pernoctar en ese hermoso lugar para ver las estrellas a cielo abierto, sin ningún edificio que impidiera la vista, respirando aire fresco y disfrutando los sonidos de los animales.

I was able to visit "La Mimosa" ranch twice this year, located in the province of Buenos Aires in Argentina. The first time was at the end of the summer and the second time was during the winter.

If you are a nature lover, I recommend you to visit this place, whether you are from Argentina or another country. I was delighted and very much at ease. On both occasions, I attended with my former co-workers when I was in Clinical Research. They were 10 hours visits, but I’d have loved to spend the night in that beautiful place to see the stars in the open sky, without any building blocking the view, breathing fresh air and enjoying the sounds of the animals.

La Mimosa fue fundada en 1869. Tiene un ambiente campestre, rústico y clásico. Es antiguo y acogedor, con hectáreas de campo e instalaciones muy espaciosas para eventos.

La Mimosa was founded in 1869. It has a country, rustic and classic atmosphere. It is old and cozy, with acres of countryside and very spacious facilities for events.

Durante la visita de invierno, tuve la maravillosa oportunidad de compartir con los caballos. Siempre me emociona interactuar con los animales.

During the visit on winter, I had the wonderful opportunity to share with the horses. I’m always excited to interact with animals.

Después de muchos años pude volver a montar a caballo. No lo hacía desde que era una pequeña niña. Mi cara de felicidad habla por sí sola. Fue un momento tan liberador, refrescante, pacífico, emocionante. ¡ME ENCANTÓ! ❤️

After many years I was able to ride a horse again. I hadn't done it since I was a little girl. My happy face speaks for itself. It was such a liberating, refreshing, peaceful, thrilling moment. I LOVED it! ❤️

La estancia tiene caballos, pavos reales macho y hembra, gallinas, gallos, cerdos, perros…

The ranch has horses, male and female peacocks, hens, roosters, pigs, dogs...

Habían al menos 30 pavos reales, era encantador ver tanta belleza junta.

There were at least 30 peacocks, it was lovely to see so much beauty together.

Disfrutamos de los típicos desayunos argentinos y la popular carne para el almuerzo. Sin duda los jardines también son completamente hermosos.

Las visitas en la estancia La Mimosa han sido de mis momentos favoritos de este 2021.

We enjoyed the typical Argentine breakfasts and the popular steak for lunch. Without a doubt the gardens are also completely beautiful.

The visits at La Mimosa ranch have been one of my favorite moments of this 2021.
