@nestorrdz-30. Today I bring you a little bit of what is a back routine that I wanted to do combined with some front lever exercise, in this routine we are going to work every part of the back like the lats, trapezius among others. So well without anything else to say here we go with the post 🦾🦾😎.
Muchísimas gracias por ver mi post, puedo decir que quise probar algo nuevo con esta rutina combinada con ejercicios de gimnasio y ejercicios de calistenia que siempre hago cuando entreno también diré que te va a fortalecer la espalda y te ayudará a aguantar esos segundos en front lever. Esta rutina me gusta mucho porque te da una resistencia en la espalda y bueno espero que les haya gustado, estén atentos al próximo post que se viene.🦾🦾😎
Thank you so much for seeing my post, I can say that I wanted to try something new with this routine combined with gym exercises and calisthenics exercises that I always do when I train I will also say that it will strengthen your back and help you to hold those seconds in front lever.
