Hello my dear #Hive Champions and SWC how are you today? I hope you are very well, for today I want to share with all of you some variations of push-ups that are a bit complicated to perform since they have some difficulty both in technique and in resistance.
Estos ejercicios son unas de las variantes más complicadas de las flexiones, uno de mis ejercicios favoritos. En esta ocasión debido a su dificultad vamos a realizar solo 10 repeticiones dejando tan solo 1 minuto de descanso entre cada ejercicio.
Esta Rutina la debemos repetir 4 veces.
These exercises are one of the more complicated variations of push-ups, one of my favorite exercises. On this occasion, due to its difficulty, we are going to perform only 10 repetitions, leaving only 1 minute of rest between each exercise.
We must repeat this routine 4 times.
• Ejercicio #1: Flexiones de Lado a Lado.
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #1: Side to Side Pushups.
10 Reps | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #2: Flexiones al Pecho
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #2: Push-ups to the Chest
10 Reps | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #3: Flexiones Péndulo
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #3: Pendulum Push Ups
10 Reps | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #4: Flexiones Espartanas con Aplauso
10 Repeticiones.
• Exercise #4: Spartan Push-ups with Clapping
10 Reps.
