No he escuchado mucho de la banda colombiana de rock Latino "Aterciopelados", solo los he apreciado a partir de un par de canciones que he escuchado por ahí, y sinceramente, lo poco que he escuchado me ha gustado bastante. Ayer decidí empezarlos a admirar con más seriedad e interés, así que tal vez empiece a hacer covers de esta banda de vez en cuando. Con las canciones que he escuchado de ellos, puedo decir que tienen un estilo algo "insolente" e "irreverente", eso por sus letras de la misma naturaleza, las cuales a veces son un poco graciosas. Cómo pequeño dato curioso, la vocalista de esta banda, canto una vez con Gustavo Cerati en un concierto en Bogotá.

La canción que hoy traigo, creo que es una de las más populares de Aterciopelados, uno de sus grandes éxitos. Esta canción llamada "Bolero falaz", es algo comica para mí, ya que es un tema que, al parecer, empieza hablando de una infidelidad que está llevando a cabo la persona que está narrando la historia en la canción, hace entender que está arta del hombre y que tampoco el es la gran cosa. Lo interesante es que, en un punto de la letra, la cosa se invierte y resulta que el hombre también le está siendo infiel, ella lo nota a través de sus caricias y besos, los cuales obviamente ya no son iguales, así que hace una declaración de que le partiría la cara a esa infame en la calle, porque no deja a su amor en paz; un escenario algo caótico xD.

Las infidelidades son un tema controversial, creo que yo no intentaría algo así, porque veo que trae demasiados conflictos y ratos bochornosos, realmente es algo incómodo. Creo que la gente es infiel cuando no son felices en una relación, pero aún así, no pueden dejar el apego y la comodidad así de fácil, así que se buscan a otra persona mientras, pero tratan de no perder lo seguro, aunque ya sabemos cómo terminan esas historias de travesuras xD, bueno, son cosas normales de la vida.

I haven't heard much of the Colombian Latin rock band "Aterciopelados", I've only appreciated them from a couple of songs I've heard around, and honestly, the little I've heard I've liked quite a bit. Yesterday I decided to start admiring them with more seriousness and interest, so maybe I'll start doing covers of this band from time to time. With the songs I've heard from them, I can say that they have a somewhat "insolent" and "irreverent" style, that's because of their lyrics of the same nature, which are sometimes a bit funny. As a little curious fact, the vocalist of this band, once sang with Gustavo Cerati in a concert in Bogota.

The song that I bring today, I think it is one of the most popular songs of Aterciopelados, one of their greatest hits. This song called "Bolero falaz", is somewhat comical to me, since it is a song that, apparently, starts talking about an infidelity that the person who is narrating the story in the song is carrying out, she makes it clear that she is fed up with the man and that he is no big deal either. The interesting thing is that, at one point in the lyrics, the thing is reversed and it turns out that the man is also being unfaithful, she notices it through his caresses and kisses, which obviously are no longer the same, so she makes a statement that she would break the face of that infamous woman in the street, because she does not leave her love in peace; a somewhat chaotic scenario xD.

Infidelities are a controversial topic, I think I wouldn't try something like that, because I see it brings too many conflicts and embarrassing moments, it's really something uncomfortable. I think people are unfaithful when they are not happy in a relationship, but still, they can't leave the attachment and comfort that easy, so they look for someone else in the meantime, but try not to lose the safe, although we already know how those stories of shenanigans end xD, well, they are normal things of life.
