Un cordial saludo y un fuerte abrazo queridos amigos de Hive, #YoSoyMag - @magdiel7 y, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con todos ustedes un pequeño video que he creado con la intención de promocionar un poco lo que es Hive y sus ganancia ”100% Reales” y recalco esta parte porque muchas personas aún son bastante escépticas con el tema de crear contenido y ganar recompensas por ello o simplemente generar buenas recompensas invirtiendo solo tu tiempo, pero he aquí que he creado este video bastante sencillo y practico donde explico un poco acerca de cómo es el sistema de recompensas, dando un ejemplo con mi más reciente post donde hablo acerca de mi entrada en un juego NFT llamado ”Cryptomines”.

A warm greeting and a big hug dear readers, #IAmMag - @magdiel7 and, in this opportunity I want to share with all of you a little video that I created with the intention of promoting a little bit what is Hive and its "100% Real earnings" and I emphasize this part because many people are still quite skeptical with the topic of creating content and earn rewards for it or simply generate good rewards by investing just your time, but here I have created this quite simple and practical video where I explain a bit about how the reward system works, giving an example with my most recent post where I talk about my entry in a NFT game called "Cryptomines".

¿Cómo se dividen las recompensas en hive?

How are the rewards divided in hive?

En mi caso personal tengo mi manera de dividir las ganancias y así saber cuánto es mi recompensa neta, y ese método que uso yo, es el que les voy a explicar aquí y espero que también les sirva a ustedes.

In my personal case I have my own way of dividing the earnings so I know how much is my net reward, and that method I use, is the one I'm going to explain here and I hope it will help you too.

Para saber cuánto es mi recompense neta en hive, solo divido (÷) mis recompensas en HBD entre cuatro (4), y ¿Por qué entre cuatro?, porque usualmente la mitad de las recompensas en hive se van a los curadores y la otra mitad al HivePower, por lo tanto te quedarías con la mitad de la mitad o la 4ta parte.

To know how much is my net reward in hive, I just divide (÷) my rewards in HBD by four (4), and why by four, because usually half of the rewards in hive go to healers and the other half to HivePower, so you would be left with half of the half or the 4th part.

Por ejemplo:

Tienes un post con una recompensa de 40HBD, de esos 40 la mitad es para los curadores, lo que te dejaría en 20HBD, ahora, esos 20 se dividen a la mitad y esto es porque Hive te envía automáticamente ese 50% de tus HBD a tu HivePower, lo que te dejaría con 10HBD de recompensa neta, ya luego puedes vender tus HBD y cambiarlos a Hive para obtener mayores recompensas o venderlos en HBD si también gustas.

For example:

You have a post with a reward of 40HBD, of that 40 half goes to healers, which would leave you at 20HBD, now, that 20 is split in half and this is because Hive automatically sends you that 50% of your HBD to your HivePower, which would leave you with 10HBD net reward, you can then sell your HBD and trade them to Hive for higher rewards or sell them on HBD if you like as well.

En resumen: Para no realizar todo ese proceso, solo divides tu ganancia ”40HBD” entre cuatro y el resultado será ”10HBD” (40 ÷ 4 = 10) y básicamente esa seria tu recompensa en hive.

In short: To avoid that whole process, you just divide your "40HBD " profit by four and the result will be "10HBD " (40 ÷ 4 = 10) and basically that would be your reward in hive.
