Hace pocos días se llevó a cabo el sorteo de los cuartos de final de la UEFA Champions League, un torneo que cuenta con un formato que esta a punto de desaparecer ya que a partir del próximo se sumarán más equipos y por ende el formato se modificará. En cuanto a eso se refiere, éste servidor está inconforme ya que considero que con el formato actual que es el mismo que se usa en las Copas del Mundo, es el que denota más exigencia y por ende esto coadyuva al espectáculo.

Diría que estos cuartos de final son los más parejos en mucho tiempo. Absolutamente nadie es favorito más allá de cualquier percepción particular que pueda tener cada quien respecto a los diferentes enfrentamientos. Para mi es una lástima que se haya dado el enfrentamiento entre Real Madrid y Manchester City ya que la considero una final adelantada, pero éstos es así, para ganar éste torneo hay que derrotar a los grandes equipos en cualquiera que sea la instancia que te los consigas.

Respecto a los otros emparejamientos no tengo ninguna queja, creo que serán espectaculares y que los ganadores serán justos semifinalistas.
