Today I reached my weight goal 45kg after 3 months of hard work. It's slow progress but still a PROGRESS. The ticket that I used to travel my way into the world of fitness and health is to have the courage on building new habits day by day. It's the small changes that we create, that would help us achieve our goals.
We should look at the big picture, our goals but no one gets that instantly. I realized it's important to acknowledge our small achievements. As you can see in the photos or videos that I shared here in my blog, my posture is not 100% perfect. That's why I record my routine then review it afterward. In this way, I'm able to see what part of the routine I need to correct in my next session. I put my focus now on making room for improvement before perfection. My previous mistake in my first 2 years of blogging is my addiction to perfecting my contents instead of practicing and be better along the way. Because I'm afraid to receive criticism from others. Now I learned to be more open and just keep on creating to practice the art of being a content creator.
By making this Fitness Series, somehow… I feel I connected to people like me that want to be fit but intimated by the idea of the goal itself. If it's you who reads this right now, start now…
JUST DO IT!
As NIKE's famous slogan said. A simple sentence that teaches you the truth in life, to do what you want to do stand up, just do it!
This week, I didn't workout Monday to Wednesday. That's unproductive for 3 days. And that's okay there are still 3 days left to do another 2 rounds of the workout.
My Fitness Report Card for today's exhaustion is 3:58:21 hour-long of home exercises and Zumba Dances.
Total calories burned 1,022
