    Feliz día querida familia, espero que su semana marche de maravilla, hoy me complace compartir con ustedes una rutina para trabajar las piernas y glúteos desde casa, con elementos que dispongamos a la mano, en esta ocasión para ejecutar la rutina vamos a requerir una mancuerna de acuerdo al peso de tu resistencia, 2 bancos o silla y una esterilla o toalla en mi caso opté por hacer los ejercicios directamente en el suelo, esta rutina es perfecta para tonificar nuestras piernas sin embargo siempre es importante resaltar que debemos ser constante, se recomienda por lo menos trabajar piernas y glúteos de 2 a 3 veces por semana, claro siempre va depender de la meta de cada persona tenga, sin más vamos con todo.
