Hola amigos de @fulldeported feliz inicio de semana,.deseo una semana exitosa para todos los que hacen vida en esta comunidad💓💓 por acá no arrancamos de la mejor manera ya que tengo a mi mami enferma y debido a eso me tocó quedarme mas tiempo aca para cuidarla obvio, y no pude ir al gym, sin embargo qun con el sueño y el cansancio del hospital y el llevar todo lo de la casa, le gané a todo eso y me puse a entrenar, con amenaza de lluvia y todo jeje pero hay que tener disciplina 💪💪

Por supuesto deseando que mi mami se ponga bien del todo y yo seguir dandole con mucha fuerza💪 esta rutina que les traigo hoy es para dejar ese tren inferior echando fuego jeje espero se animen a hacerla

I wish a successful week for all who make life in this community💓💓 here we did not start in the best way because I have my mommy sick and because of that I had to stay longer here to take care of her obviously, and I could not go to the gym, however qun with the sleep and fatigue of the hospital and carrying everything from home, I beat all that and I started to train, with threat of rain and all hehe but you have to have discipline 💪💪

Of course wishing that my mommy gets well at all and I keep giving her a lot of strength💪 this routine that I bring you today is to leave that lower train throwing fire hehe I hope you are encouraged to do it.
