Mi Viaje Emocional: Un Relato Personal (Subtitles) [ESP-ENG]

El cómo expresar las emociones es algo que me parece realmente fascinante. Cada uno de nosotros tiene una manera diferente de poder hacerlo.

Personalmente, utilizo varios métodos. Últimamente, lo hago a través de mi pixel art para expresar todo lo que siento y comunicar este mundo interior que tengo.

Creo todos estos relatos y todos estos mundos fantásticos a través de dibujar estos píxeles.

How to express emotions is something that I find really fascinating. Each of us has a different way of doing it.

Personally, I use several methods. Lately, I do it through my pixel art to express everything I feel and communicate this inner world that I have.

I create all these stories and all these fantastic worlds through drawing these pixels.

Puedo drenar todas esas emociones que llevo conmigo y expresar felicidad, momentos de frustración, tristeza.

También, comunicar al mundo y darles un mensaje de esperanza la mayor cantidad de veces que pueda.

A través de mis relatos, puedo expresar todo lo que siento.

Me parece que es muy importante porque nos permite hacer una catarsis.

Nos permite dar a conocer a todas las personas todo lo que sentimos y todos los conocimientos que tenemos.

I can drain all those emotions that I carry with me and express happiness, moments of frustration, sadness.

Also, communicate to the world and give them a message of hope as many times as you can.

Through my stories, I can express everything I feel.

I think it is very important because it allows us to have a catharsis.

It allows us to make everyone aware of everything we feel and all the knowledge we have.

Además de expresar lo que sentimos, podemos comunicar al mundo cuando nos sentimos mal o cuando creemos que existe una injusticia que necesitamos expresar.

Si vemos que se comete un acto de injusticia contra otra persona, entonces lo podemos expresar a través de estos métodos como el pixel art, el arte, la poesía, la comunicación.

Las personas que hacen manualidades, que construyen origami, todos estos son métodos de expresión.

Aunque yo me abro y me dreno más a través de los métodos artísticos porque soy más de la parte de humanidades, creo que es muy importante que todas las personas tengan la oportunidad de expresarse y de comunicar lo que sienten.

In addition to expressing what we feel, we can communicate to the world when we feel bad or when we believe there is an injustice that we need to express.

If we see that an act of injustice is committed against another person, then we can express it through these methods such as pixel art, art, poetry, communication.

People who make crafts, who build origami, these are all methods of expression.

Although I open and drain myself more through artistic methods because I am more from the humanities side, I think it is very important that all people have the opportunity to express themselves and communicate what they feel.

Hoy en día, en un mundo en el que estamos acostumbrados a que todo sea tan tecnológico, esto tiene una tendencia a aislarnos porque estamos todo el tiempo pegados al teléfono o a la computadora y no expresamos lo que sentimos a nivel humano, a nivel de tener un contacto directo con la persona.

Entonces, es muy importante también a veces expresarse a través de un abrazo, a través de un beso a una persona.

Eso no se debe perder, ese contacto humano que es tan importante y tan básico.

A través de este vídeo, pues yo les resumo esto y les cuento cómo expreso yo mis emociones.

Nowadays, in a world in which we are accustomed to everything being so technological, this has a tendency to isolate us because we are constantly glued to the phone or the computer and we do not express what we feel on a human level, on the level of having direct contact with the person.

So, it is also very important sometimes to express yourself through a hug, through a kiss to a person.

That should not be lost, that human contact that is so important and so basic.
