Greetings to all on this beautiful platform. I am glad to be back again. This is my second time presenting in this creative space after a long absence. The hiatus was due to a lack of creative musical ideas to share with you. Thanks to God, I am back in grand style—hahaha. I hope you find today's presentation somewhat interesting.

Saludos a todos en esta hermosa plataforma. Me alegra estar de vuelta. Esta es mi segunda vez presentando en este espacio creativo después de una larga ausencia. La pausa se debió a la falta de ideas musicales creativas para compartir con ustedes. Gracias a Dios, estoy de vuelta con gran estilo, jajaja. Espero que encuentren interesante la presentación de hoy.

Without beating about the bush, I wish to present a beautiful and powerful Afro-worship song. However, here's the twist: I will be changing the genre of the song from Afro worship to a chacarera vibe. In other words, I am taking an original Nigerian song and giving it a somewhat Latin American flow. It may be pertinent to also note that chacarera is considered a folklore music in Argentina and some other latin American countries Honestly, it was not an easy creation, but I am happy to present it finally since conceiving this idea.

Sin rodeos, quiero presentar una hermosa y poderosa canción de adoración afro. Sin embargo, aquí está la sorpresa: cambiaré el género de la canción de adoración afro a un ambiente de chacarera. En otras palabras, estoy tomando una canción nigeriana original y dándole un toque latinoamericano.Puede ser pertinente señalar también que la chacarera es considerada música folklórica en Argentina y en algunos otros países latinoamericanos. Honestamente, no fue una creación fácil, pero estoy feliz de presentarla finalmente desde que concebí esta idea.

HOW DID THIS IDEA COME TO ME?
I initially planned to present the song in its original form. During a rehearsal, I received a notification from YouTube on the channel of one of my followers, who uploaded a video on how to play the "Rasgeo of the chacarera music." I had been practicing certain chacarera flows, so I decided to try it out, and I loved it. Then came the crazy idea to sing Neon Adejo's song to this Argentine percussive flow. To my surprise, it came out nice—at least that's what I think—and I concluded to present it to you guys!

¿CÓMO SE ME OCURRIÓ ESTA IDEA?
Inicialmente planeaba presentar la canción en su forma original. Durante un ensayo, recibí una notificación de YouTube en el canal de uno de mis seguidores, que subió un video sobre cómo tocar el "Rasgeo de la música chacarera". Había estado practicando ciertos ritmos de chacarera, así que decidí probarlo, y me encantó. Luego vino la loca idea de cantar la canción de Neon Adejo con este ritmo percusivo argentino. Para mi sorpresa, salió bien, al menos eso creo, ¡y decidí presentárselo a ustedes!

THE MAKING OF THE AFRO-CHACARERA FUSION

I created a separate video playing the backing track but with a chacarera vibe.
I sent the video via Xender to a second phone that served as a background music source.
Then I created another video, singing in sync with the first video, while occasionally adding some licks. I also played some intro, interlude, and outro.
Finally, I used Capcut to merge the videos to have a final result. It was a little tricky, but I am happy with the outcome.

LA CREACIÓN DE LA FUSIÓN AFRO-CHACARERA

Creé un video separado tocando la pista de acompañamiento pero con un ambiente de chacarera.
Envié el video a través de Xender a un segundo teléfono que sirvió como fuente de música de fondo.
Luego, creé otro video cantando en sincronía con el primer video, mientras añadía ocasionalmente algunos adornos. También toqué algunas partes de introducción, interludio y conclusión.
Finalmente, utilicé Capcut para fusionar los videos y obtener un resultado final. Fue un poco complicado, pero estoy feliz con el resultado.

From this experimental experience of fusing two different genres, it is safe to say that Afro-oriented songs can go well with chacarera percussive vibes. Well, this is just my speculation. I am sure I will try this again.

A partir de esta experiencia experimental de fusionar dos géneros diferentes, se puede decir con seguridad que las canciones afroorientadas pueden funcionar bien con los ritmos percusivos de la chacarera. Bueno, esto es solo mi especulación. Estoy seguro de que lo intentaré de nuevo.
