Hey fantastic people and music lovers! I hope you are chilling! It's another great week and an opportunity to express our selves through African music.

¡Hola gente fantástica y amantes de la música! ¡Espero que te estés relajando! Es otra gran semana y una oportunidad para expresarnos a través de la música africana.

This week I have selected a song that is African in its rythm and the beat. The title of the song is "No wahala" by one of Nigerias upcoming artist in Nigeria whoose songs are African.

The title "no wahala" simply means, "no problem". Throughout the song, one can easily hear the artist voice out the message of that song which is "problem e no dey finish, make you try dey enjoy!!" in other words, it is good to always take time to have fun as problems can never exhaust in life. There's always one problem or the other at every time. So it pays more to have fun, relax and approach each problem one after the other, instead of drooling over them!!

Esta semana he seleccionado una canción que es africana en su ritmo y ritmo. El título de la canción es "No wahala" de uno de los próximos artistas de Nigeria en Nigeria cuyas canciones son africanas.

El título "no wahala" simplemente significa "no hay problema". A lo largo de la canción, uno puede escuchar fácilmente al artista expresar el mensaje de esa canción que es "¡¡El problema no se termina, haz que pruebes y disfrutes!!" En otras palabras, siempre es bueno tomarse un tiempo para diviértete ya que los problemas nunca pueden agotarse en la vida. NB I recreated the chord progression of the song with my acoustic guitar with a bit of percussion, then I played the melody of the song. At intervals especially at the chorus of the song, I infused some "Makosa" feels to give it a more scintillating African accent!!
