Hello guys, I welcome you all to another week of hiveopenmic and as always, it is indeed a pleasure to engage or participate in this weekly world peace promoting program. Our theme for this week is "Hasta el extremo".

Hola chicos, os doy la bienvenida a todos a otra semana de hiveopenmic y, como siempre, es un verdadero placer participar en este programa semanal de promoción de la paz mundial. Nuestro tema para esta semana es "Hasta el extremo".

First of all, I want to comment that the theme in my opinion is very timely to the ongoing program known as the Semana Santa(Holy Week) which begins with Palm Sunday (Domingo de Rama and ends with the Easter Sunday(Domingo de Pascua). Kudos to @wbrandt for this theme.

En primer lugar, quiero comentar que el tema en mi opinión es muy oportuna para el programa en curso conocido como el Semana Santa (Semana Santa) que comienza con Domingo de Ramos (Domingo de Rama y termina con el Domingo de Pascua (Domingo de Pascua). Felicitaciones a @wbrandt por este tema.

Personally, I would like to invite us to reflect on the life of Christ himself, especially the events of his life sorrounding this one week event. During this time, he was betrayed by one of his trusted followers, he had a rethink on whether to continue till the end (hasta el extremo) during his prayer in the garden. He was denied by Peter and was accused and tortured. When given the heavy cross, he fell three times and he stood up three times despite the excruciating pains. He endured till death on the Cross. But guess what, that was not the end. The end was a glorious one, when he defied death and resurrected.

Personalmente, me gustaría invitarnos a reflexionar sobre la propia vida de Cristo, especialmente sobre los acontecimientos de su vida en torno a este evento de una semana. Durante este tiempo, fue traicionado por uno de sus seguidores de confianza, se replanteó si continuar hasta el final (hasta el extremo) durante su oración en el huerto. Fue negado por Pedro, acusado y torturado. Cuando le entregaron la pesada cruz, cayó tres veces y se levantó tres veces a pesar de los atroces dolores. Aguantó hasta la muerte en la cruz. Pero adivina qué, ese no fue el final. El final fue glorioso, cuando desafió a la muerte y resucitó.

This is an inspiration for us in our different daily life struggles, we have to be resilient like Christ and endure till the end. The beginning of every worthwhile engagement is always difficult and full of struggles, and require resilience. The end is always glorious and rewarding. May we draw resilience through the events in the life of Christ and persist in all our worthwhile engagement, Hasta el extremo and we shall definitely come out victorious.

Esta es una inspiración para nosotros en nuestras diferentes luchas de la vida diaria, tenemos que ser resistentes como Cristo y aguantar hasta el final. El comienzo de todo compromiso que merezca la pena es siempre difícil y lleno de luchas, y requiere resistencia. El final es siempre glorioso y gratificante. Que saquemos fuerzas de flaqueza de los acontecimientos de la vida de Cristo y persistamos en todos nuestros compromisos que merezcan la pena, Hasta el extremo y saldremos definitivamente victoriosos.
