He vuelto con una recetica por acá, tenía muchísimas ganas de hacer algo con café desde casa, ya que desde hace mucho tiempo no les comparto algo así, pero desde que trabajo en un horario de oficina se me ha complicado un poco. Aun así logré hacer un hueco en mi vida, tomando parte de mi sábado, el cual es uno de mis 2 días libres, para grabarles este video, el cual vendría siendo mi primera receta en video para mi blog de Hive, cosa que me tiene super contenta.

I'm back with a recipe here, I really wanted to make something with coffee from home, since I haven't shared something like this for a long time, but since I work in an office schedule it has been a little complicated for me. Even so I managed to make a gap in my life, taking part of my Saturday, which is one of my 2 days off, to record this video, which would be my first video recipe for my Hive blog, which makes me very happy.

Para esta creación me decidí por una Malteada, hace bastante tiempo que no me compro una ya que están algo costosas, así que eso fue motivo suficiente para improvisar una. Me prepare para esto, fui a comprar unos helados de chocolate económicos, leche en polvo y crema chantilly instantánea que nunca había utilizado pero siempre es buen momento para improvisar. Y con todas las cosas necesarias compradas, me dispuse a hacer esta receta.

For this creation I decided to make a milkshake, it's been a while since I bought one because they are quite expensive, so that was reason enough to improvise one. I prepared for this, I went to buy some cheap chocolate ice cream, powdered milk and instant whipped cream that I had never used before but it's always a good time to improvise. And with all the necessary things bought, I set out to make this recipe.

Como ven en el video, lo primero que hice fue preparar la crema chantilly, para ello hice leche líquida y luego agregue un sobre de chantilly, batí por unos segundos a velocidad baja y luego con una batidora eléctrica de mano, estuve batiendo por 5 minutos, para luego llevar al frezeer por 30 minutos. Espere el tiempo necesario y luego procedí con la Malteada, para ello coloque hielo en la licuadora, luego los dos helados, seguido de la leche y café instantáneo (si lo ven espeso, es que se me hizo como un sirope por el calor, un cuento gracioso) un poco de azúcar que no salió en el video y agua, todo al ojo. Finalmente serví en mi copa para cafés con un poco de sirope de chocolate y mi crema chantilly ya espesa en una manga pastelera.

I waited the necessary time and then proceeded with the Malteada, for it I put ice in the blender, then the two ice creams, followed by the milk and instant coffee (if you see it thick, is that it became like a syrup because of the heat, a funny story) a little sugar that did not appear in the video and water, all to the eye. Finally I served in my coffee cup with a little chocolate syrup and my whipped cream already thickened in a piping bag.
