    Cocinamos un arroz a lo venezolano, es decir, con los ingredientes que teníamos en casa: 750 gr de arroz y el doble de agua, cebolla, pimentón, zanahoria, pechuga de pollo, aceite, sal y condimentos al gusto. Lo acompañamos con berenjenas a la plancha y tostones de plátanos verdes (topochos). Les dejo una secuencia de cómo lo fuimos realizando.

    We cook a Venezuelan rice, that is, with the ingredients that we had at home: 750 gr of rice and double the water, onion, paprika, carrot, chicken breast, oil, salt and seasonings to taste.
