El poder de las mujeres: Transformando el mundo [esp/ENG]

¡Hola Hive Argentina! ¡Aquí mi participación para el Día de la Mujer!

En mi video les cuento:

Un poco de la historia de las hermanas Bejarano.
La primera vez que escuché de ellas fue en la escuela de cocina, hablando de postres 100% venezolanos. Aunque no me he animado a preparar su receta de nuevo, su historia es genial y una muestra de que las mujeres somos seres determinados a toda prueba. Tanto que lo que nos proponemos. Con determinación lo logramos y más aún trabajando juntas.

• A veces nos toca ser madres solteras, o simplemente solteras. En el pasado, quisieron cortarnos las alas y someternos, pero ¿por qué? La respuesta para mí es simple: por miedo. Miedo al infinito potencial transformador que tenemos las mujeres. Como bien dicen, dale a una mujer una casa y la convertirá en un hogar. Y así somos, podemos transformar y crear algo de donde quizás no hay nada.

• En la lucha por la igualdad, muchas mujeres han sufrido. Gracias al camino que ellas han recorrido, hoy en día estamos en el "team Barbie", porque podemos ser lo que queramos, ¡y pobre del que se interponga!
  
  Para los hombres que me leen: amen a las mujeres, apoyenlas y cuídenlas. Eso es como una flor: tendrán mucho de que maravillarse.
  Véanlas como sus iguales, como compañeras de vida, como amigas, como hermanas. Apoyenlas en sus sueños y aspiraciones, y anímenlas a alcanzar su máximo potencial. Cuídenlas, no solo físicamente, sino también emocionalmente. Las mujeres son un regalo para el mundo, y es nuestro deber protegerlas y valorarlas.!
  

Mujeres: primero, ámense a sí mismas. No tengan miedo del qué dirán ni de las opiniones, y no teman en cumplir sus sueños.
Recuerda que el ideal de éxito no es el que te marca la sociedad, es el que tu decidas qué te haga feliz, para vivir crea tus propia reglas y normas y se fiel a tu misma.

Si hay algo que amo de estas nuevas generaciones es que ha crecido mucho más el apoyo y la comprensión entre mujeres, no se si me equivoco pero anteriormente existía un poco de ambiente tóxico y competitivo entre nosotras, pero ya desde hace unos cuantos años atrás progresivamente esa cultura ha ido cambiando, hacia una cultura más fuerTe de hermandad y lealtad entre mujeres.

Quiero concluir con una invitación especial para todos. Las que somos madres tenemos la responsabilidad de inculcar a las nuevas generaciones, a nuestras hijas, amigas y hermanas, que busquen el poder interior que tienen dentro de ellas. Todas tenemos un poder transformador, una fuerza implacable para cumplir nuestros sueños, ayudar a nuestra familia y salir adelante. El poder está dentro de nosotras, solo tenemos que creer, creer y tener fe en nosotras mismas.

No olvidemos darle la mano y apoyar a nuestras hermanas que pasan por situaciones difíciles. Unas palabras de aliento, un "tú sí puedes", un "yo creo en ti", pueden cambiar la vida de una amiga, una hermana, una madre o una abuela.

Juntas, unidas, somos más fuertes. Está en nuestras manos inculcar valores de igualdad y fortaleza a nuestras futuras generaciones para crear una sociedad con más respeto e igualdad para todos.

¡Hola Hive Argentina! Here is my entry for Women's Day!

In my video, I talk about:

• The story of the Bejarano sisters. I first heard about them in cooking school, when we were talking about 100% Venezuelan desserts. Although I haven't made their recipe yet, their story is amazing and an example of how women are determined beings who can overcome anything. If we set our minds to it, we can achieve anything, especially when we work together.

• The challenges that women face, such as being single mothers or simply being single. In the past, they tried to clip our wings and keep us down, but why? The answer is simple: fear. Fear of the infinite transformative potential that women have. As they say, give a woman a house and she'll turn it into a home. That's what we're like. We can transform and create something out of nothing.

• The fight for equality. Many women have suffered in this fight, but thanks to the path they have paved, today we are on "Team Barbie". We can be anything we want, and woe betide anyone who stands in our way!

To the men who are reading this: love women, support them, and take care of them. They are like flowers: you will have much to marvel at. See them as your equals, as companions in life, as friends, as sisters. Support them in their dreams and aspirations, and encourage them to reach their full potential. Take care of them, not only physically but also emotionally. Women are a gift to the world, and it is our duty to protect and value them.

Women: first, love yourselves. Don't be afraid of what people will say or think, and don't be afraid to follow your dreams. Remember that the ideal of success is not what society tells you it is, it is what you decide makes you happy. To live, create your own rules and norms, and be true to yourself.

One thing I love about these new generations is that there is much more support and understanding among women. I don't know if I'm wrong, but in the past there was a bit of a toxic and competitive atmosphere between us. However, for a few years now, that culture has been gradually changing towards a stronger culture of sisterhood and loyalty among women.

I want to conclude with a special invitation for everyone. Those of us who are mothers have the responsibility to instill in the new generations, in our daughters, friends, and sisters, that they should seek the power within themselves. We all have a transformative power, an unstoppable force to achieve our dreams, help our families, and move forward. The power is within us, we just have to believe, believe, and have faith in ourselves.

Let's not forget to lend a hand and support our sisters who are going through difficult times. A few words of encouragement, a "you can do it", a "I believe in you", can change the life of a friend, a sister, a mother, or a grandmother.
