Hace poco me enteré que mi mamá tuvo un accidente y no le dijo nada a nadie, me di cuenta porque se estaba moviendo de forma muy rígida y no movía el cuello con normalidad; le pregunté si le había pasado algo y me dijo que se dio un muy mal golpe en la cabeza hace ya TRES MESES y que cada vez le molestaba más.

Evidentemente la regañe porque eso pudo haber sido sumamente peligroso y le ha perjudicado en su día a día como le ha provocado mucho dolor; por suerte, una de mis amigas del colegio está estudiando Fisioterapia así que la llamé, le hice la revisión completa a mi mamá y luego le empezó a hacer su terapia como indicarle ciertas recomendaciones para mejorarle la situación.

I recently found out that my mom had an accident and she didn't say anything to anyone, I could tell because she was moving very stiffly and not moving her neck normally; I asked her if something had happened to her and she told me that she got a very bad bump on her head THREE MONTHS ago and that it was bothering her more and more.

Evidently I scolded her because that could have been extremely dangerous and it has hurt her in her day to day life as it has caused her a lot of pain; luckily, one of my friends from school is studying Physiotherapy so I called her, gave my mom a complete check-up and then she started her therapy and gave her certain recommendations to improve the situation.

Por suerte no fue nada grave pero sí tiene varios músculos afectados debido a la inmovilidad involuntaria que ha tenido a raíz del dolor, esta primera sesión fue bastante fuerte, mi mami sintió mucho dolor porque es el acumulado de la lesión por dos meses.

El domingo tendrá su otra sesión para irle mejorando su condición, espero que pueda salir de eso rápido porque no me gusta saber que siente dolor constante.
