Mis primeros 365 días/ My first 365 days

Realmente, el año ha pasado muy rápido. Aunque para todos, un año son los mismos doce meses, siento que han sido mucho menos. En este momento, me viene a la mente la expresión de que cuando uno se divierte " el tiempo vuela” ⏱, y es totalmente cierto. Se ha escrito mucho sobre este tema e incluso hay varios estudios al respecto, y a todos nos sucede igual, nuestra percepción del tiempo parece acelerarse cuando realizamos una actividad que nos entretiene y divierte, y así es como me he sentido este año en Hive.

Es común aquí que al cumplir años, realicemos un resumen de este período, y que se escriba sobre los logros y crecimiento de nuestra cuenta. Sin embargo, cualquiera puede revisar mi usuario y conocer mis estadísticas, mi HP o mi reputación, ya que están ahí visibles para todos. Por tanto, en esta publicación voy a centrarme en contar lo que no se ve a simple vista ya que Hive me ha brindado muchas experiencias enriquecedoras a nivel personal. A continuación, me gustaría resumir las que han provocado cambios positivos en mí:

-Lo que más valoro es haber encontrado algo que me motive. Y puede parecer algo simple, pero para mí abarca mucho. A menudo, perdemos nuestro tiempo en tareas y trabajos que no nos satisfacen, que nos estresan y nos hacen sentir estancados, sin un propósito claro, me ha sucedido con frecuencia. Sin embargo, convertirme en creadora de contenido en Hive me ha brindado la oportunidad de descubrir algo nuevo que realmente disfruto y con lo que me siento muy a gusto.

A cada momento descubro que puedo hacer cosas que nunca hubiera creído posibles. He participado en concursos (que me encantan) y he publicado en comunidades sobre temas de los que nunca había pensado que podría escribir. La guinda del pastel fue la campaña de LeoFinance, para la adopción de Threads, que fue un desafío absoluto y me llevo al límite, pero donde aprendí mucho y me sirvió para demostrarme que siempre podemos dar más de lo que creemos 💪.

-Lo siguiente está relacionado con las personas que he tenido el gusto de conocer aquí. Algunas de ellas las he conocido personalmente, mientras que con otras solo he interactuado a través del contenido que publican. Lo que todas tienen en común es su talento, y su capacidad para inspirarme. Cada vez que leo una publicación que me emociona, pienso que también quiero lograr eso. Claro, no siempre es posible, ya que hay mucho talento dentro de Hive, pero eso me impulsa a tratar de esforzarme por mejorar.

Además, he interactuado con personas muy amables, siempre dispuestas a ayudar de manera desinteresada. No me atrevo a mencionar nombres por miedo a olvidar a alguien, yo soy medio despistada (bastante despistada). Sin embargo, siempre voy a estarles agradecida por su apoyo y generosidad.

En esta plataforma aprendo constantemente, siempre estoy pensando en cómo mejorar mis publicaciones, mis fotos y la forma de transmitir mis ideas. La motivación que surge al poder crear y aprender en el proceso es una ganancia más que suficiente para mí, y esto vale más que los trofeos y los logros, y es lo que me llevo de Hive en este año.

Mis metas

Mi propósito, al igual que el de muchos, es continuar superándome y convertir los desafíos en oportunidades para mejorar. Cuando nos sentimos satisfechos con lo que hacemos, el proceso natural es seguir aprendiendo y mejorar nuestras habilidades. Aunque siento que aún me falta un buen camino por recorrer, pero siempre en el camino correcto.

🎬 Para finalizar (aunque este al inicio), les comparto un vídeo que muestra a algunos de los amigos que he tenido el placer de conocer en los eventos que la comunidad cubana ha realizado en la Habana, y en el HiveCubaCon. Por desgracia no tengo fotografías de todos, algunos viven lejos de la capital y no les ha sido posible asistir. Espero tener la oportunidad de conocerlos en el futuro.

These days some of the members of HiveCuba are celebrating their first year 🎉. Many of us started almost at the same time in this great ecosystem, with a difference of only days. Since they started publishing their anniversary posts I knew that my notification was soon to come. However, I was surprised when I finally received the Hivebuzz badge, as in my mind I imagined less time had passed.

The year has really gone by very quickly. Although for everyone, a year is the same twelve months, I feel that it has been much less. At this moment, the expression comes to my mind that when you are having fun, "time flies" ⏱, and it is absolutely true. A lot has been written on this subject and there are even several studies on the matter, and it is the same for all of us, our perception of time seems to speed up when we are doing an activity that entertains and amuses us, and that is how I have been feeling this year at Hive.

It is common here that when we reach our year anniversary, we make a summary of this period, and write about the achievements and growth of our account. However, anyone can check my user and know my stats, my HP or my reputation, as they are there for everyone to see. Therefore, in this post I am going to focus on what is not visible to the naked eye, as Hive has given me many enriching experiences on a personal level. In the following, I would like to summarize the ones that have brought about positive changes in me:

-What I value most is having found something that motivates me. And it may sound simple, but for me it's a lot. Often, we waste our time on tasks and jobs that don't fulfill us, that stress us out and make us feel stuck, without a clear purpose, it has happened to me often. However, becoming a content creator at Hive has given me the opportunity to discover something new that I really enjoy and feel very comfortable with.

Every moment I discover that I can do things I would never have thought possible. I've entered competitions (which I love) and posted in communities on topics I never thought I could write about. The icing on the cake was the LeoFinance campaign, for the adoption of Threads, which was an absolute challenge and pushed me to the limit, but where I learned a lot and served to show me that we can always give more than we think we can 💪.

-The following is related to the people I have had the pleasure of meeting here. Some of them I have met personally, while others I have only interacted with through the content they post. What they all have in common is their talent, and their ability to inspire me. Every time I read a post that moves me, I think that I want to achieve that too. Of course, it's not always possible, as there is a lot of talent within Hive, but that drives me to try to strive to improve.

Also, I have interacted with very nice people, always willing to help in a selfless way. I don't dare to mention names for fear of forgetting someone, I'm a bit absent-minded (quite absent-minded). However, I will always be grateful for their support and generosity.

On this platform, I am constantly learning, always thinking about how to improve my posts, my photos and the way I convey my ideas. The motivation that comes from being able to create and learn in the process is more than enough of a win for me, and this is worth more than trophies and achievements, and this is what I take away from Hive this year.

My aim, like many people's, is to continue to better myself and turn challenges into opportunities to improve. When we are satisfied with what we do, the natural process is to keep learning and improving our skills. Although I feel that I still have a long way to go, but I am always on the right path.

Unfortunately I don't have pictures of all of them, some of them live far away from the capital and it has not been possible for them to attend. I hope to have the opportunity to meet them in the future.
