Silenced Summoners is one of my favorite rulesets, we are left to rely on the abilities of the monsters excluding the summoners's abilities. For the likes of me who do not have powerful summoners with great abilities, I get to capitalize on the Silenced Summoner ruleset to win the fight.
Obsidian is known for the +1 magic which sometimes I find difficult to break down, with the kind of lineup I put up for this fight, I could possibly lost this battle if it weren't for the Silenced summoner ruleset.
Silenced Summoners: Summoners do not give any stats buffs or debuffs or grant/use any abilities.
With my Earth deck weak to come up against Obsidian, I opted for Pyre.

The Redemption ability of IIDRI FYRE appeals to me a great deal. The fact that the health of every member of the opponent's team is reduced by one helps a lot for my lineup's attack. And not ignoring the Taunt ability which Iidri Fyre offers which I find very useful as well.
The plan was to throw a Martyr ability card in front of Grum and VENARI MARKSRAT was the one with just a mana cost of three. Marksrat has been gaining a lot of use as players utilize the Martyr boost, so it is all about outsmarting one another.
GRUM FLAMEBLADE is a great card but has not been getting game time as it should from me due to its slow speed that doesn't appeal to me, so recently I have been trying to use Grum more but I have to increase its stats with the help of Martyr ability card and I have been getting away with it now and then on the battlefield.
Grum is equipped with Bloodlust, Void Armor which was very useful in this fight. And when Grum gets going just like any other gladiator it becomes unstoppable.
LAVA LAUNCHER was a suitable card for this fight considering it is also a Briar Patch ruleset so the range Close Range ability of Lava Launcher makes it a suitable card that can attack from anywhere in the lineup. That range damage of 4 made the job a lot easier for my lineup.
SCAVO HIRELING provided the Repair ability for Grum upfront due to the thorn damage. This helped Grum to stay in the fight while building up stats with the bloodlust ability.
The Opportunity, Camouflage and Swift abilities of COUNTESS SINASH were great to the team, especially the Swift ability which I have been taking advantage of for my Fire Splinter lineup.
And when Countess Sinash strikes it is at an alarming speed!
