Hola amigos de #Colmena y de la Comunidad Street Workout, hoy les voy a compartir unos ejercicios básicos para trabajar la parte abdominal. Estos ejercicios los realicé con la compañía de dos amigos, Kevin y Raquel, ellos son totalmente nuevos en los entrenamientos por lo que estos ejercicios que realizamos son los que vi adecuados para ellos ya que son nuevos en los entrenamientos.

I performed these exercises with the company of two friends, Kevin and Raquel, they are totally new to training so these exercises we performed are what I saw fit for them since they are new to training.
