La parada de manos es un ejercicio en dónde estaremos haciendo fuerza mayormente en los hombros y el lumbar.
The handstand is an exercise where we will be doing strength mostly in the shoulders and lower back.

La verdad algo fundamental en la parada de manos es trabajar la estabilidad en el suelo, sin levantar los pies podemos apoyar las manos en el suelo y de esa forma podemos memorizar cómo será la parada de manos para que se nos haga más fácil, siempre tenemos que tener la vista en el suelo ya que esto nos da estabilidad en el movimiento.
The truth is something fundamental in the handstand is to work the stability on the floor, without lifting the feet we can rest our hands on the floor and that way we can memorize how the handstand will be to make it easier, we always have to keep our eyes on the floor as this gives us stability in the movement.
