Splinterlands DIY fan art // RED DRAGON (English /Spanish)

A loving greeting to all my Hive friends. It gives me great pleasure to be with you once again, in one of the contests I enjoy most Splinterlands Art Contest, this time with one of the cards I was very excited to represent in the beautiful art of paper folding.

This is RED DRAGON and dragons are one of the characters I like the most, for their strength, greatness and all the connotations they have in the collective imagination. Making this figure was very special for me, but at the end when I saw the wings of my dragon open was certainly liberating, as the flight of the dragons themselves.

The card RED DRAGON was also beautiful to me, the legend of this beautiful dragon is fascinating, its strength and courage, but also its vulnerabilities, because we all have them no matter how strong we are.

To make this beautiful paper figure we only need a square of red paper, a pair of willing hands and a curious heart to enjoy the magic that origami gives us.

In the video you can see in detail each double, follow the steps and make your own dragon. It is a really simple figure, as always the only thing you need is to be attentive to each double and each line.

The beauty of origami is that while our hands fold, the paper is sculpting, maturing. And in this beautiful process our hands and our way of understanding life and its forms also mature.

Un saludo amoroso para todos mis amigos de Hive. Me da mucho gusto estar una vez más con ustedes, en uno de los concursos que más disfruto Splinterlands Art Contest, esta vez con una de las cartas que estaba muy entusiasmada por representar en el hermoso arte de doblar papel.

Se trata de RED DRAGON y es que los dragones son uno de los personajes que más me gustan, por su fuerza, su grandeza y todas las connotaciones que tienen en el imaginario colectivo. Realizar esta figura fue muy especial para mí, pero al final cuando vi las alas de mi dragón abrirse sin duda fue liberador, como el propio vuelo de los dragones.

La carta RED DRAGON también me resulto hermosa, la leyenda de este hermoso dragón es fascinante su fuerza y su coraje, pero también sus vulnerabilidades, porque todos las tenemos por más fuertes que seamos.

Para realizar esta bella figura de papel solo necesitamos un cuadrado de papel rojo, un par de manos dispuestas y un corazón curioso para disfrutar de la magia que el origami nos regala.

En el video podrán ver detalladamente cada dobles, seguir los pasos y realizar ustedes mismos su propio dragón. Es una figura realmente sencilla, como siempre lo único que se necesita es estar atento a cada dobles y a cada línea.

Lo hermoso del origami es que mientras nuestras manos doblan, el papel va esculpiéndose, madurando. Y en ese hermoso proceso también maduran nuestras manos y nuestra forma de comprender la vida y sus formas.
