Un saludo amoroso para todos mis amigos de Hive, estoy feliz de compartir con ustedes en la gran tarima de open mic una vez más. El tema de esta semana es “Light of the World” y me parece una temática hermosa, por lo que escogí una canción igual de bella. Creo que la luz del mundo es el amor, solo a través de él podemos iluminar nuestras vidas y la de las personas que nos rodean. Mi maestro espiritual solía decir que el amor era como el calor que derrite la mantequilla, podemos derretir a la persona más dura si le hablamos desde el amor, podemos derrotar las circunstancias más duras si actuamos desde el amor.

La canción que traigo para ustedes esta vez es “Hoy” y pertenece al músico compositor venezolano Edgar Alexander. Este es uno de los artista más destacado del genero rock u pop en los años 60 y 80 su repertorio incluye varias canciones que forman parte de imaginario venezolano. “Hoy” es una canción con una letra bellísima, nos habla del volver a empezar, pero no es cualquier comienzo, nos habla de vernos desde el amor, abrazar nuestras fallas agradecer lo que tenemos y seguir andando.

Creo que es una letra corta, pero no desperdicia ninguna palabra. Cada frase tiene un contenido lleno de belleza. Como siempre es un placer cantarla con mi querida compañera @aly.squid sobre todo este mes que es el me del amor y la amistad, deseo que cada día sea un Hoy lleno de belleza para ella. También para todos los que están leyendo este post, que siempre puedan brindarse la oportunidad de ver e amor, de hablar dese el amor y actuar desde el amor. Y así regalarle un poquito de luz al mundo.

Loving greetings to all my Hive friends, I'm happy to share with you on the big open mic stage once again. This week's theme is "Light of the World" and I find it a beautiful theme, so I chose an equally beautiful song.
