¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! Duré unos días inactivo porque andaba resolviendo algunas cosas pendientes y eso me quitó mucho tiempo, pero vuelvo activo más que nunca para seguir participando en el Vlog Challenge propuesto por @tripode y @arlettemsalase.

Welcome back to my blog, guys! I was inactive for a few days because I was solving some pending things and that took me a lot of time, but I'm back more active than ever to continue participating in the Vlog Challenge proposed by @tripode and @arlettemsalase.

Hoy hago mi vídeo mostrando el paso a paso de la receta que realicé el día de hoy; decidí hacerle una pasta carbonara a mi padre para que tuviera una comida especial en su día, además de comprar unas cervezas.

Today I make my video showing the step by step of the recipe I made today; I decided to make a pasta carbonara for my father so he could have a special meal on his day, besides buying some beers.

Por acá dejo los ingredientes que utilicé para la receta y la misma la obtuve de este enlace:

• 500g de Pasta Plumita
• 200g de Tocineta
• 250g de Crema de Leche
• 4 Huevos (solo las yemas)
• 1 Cebolla mediana
• 3 dientes de Ajo
• 250g de Queso Parmesano
• 1 Pizca de Sal

Here are the ingredients I used for the recipe, which I obtained from this link:

• 500g of Spaguetti
• 200g of bacon
• 250g Cream of Milk Cream
• 4 Eggs (yolks only)
• 1 medium onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 250g of Parmesan Cheese
• 1 pinch of salt

Como pueden ver en las fotos, el platillo quedó magníficamente bien, y pudimos sentarnos los 4 (mi papá, mi mamá, mi amorcito @dimeshana y yo) a comer tranquilamente; ahora, si se preguntan qué le pareció a mi papá la comida, les dejo esta foto como respuesta:

As you can see in the photos, the dish turned out magnificently well, and the 4 of us (my dad, my mom, my sweetheart @dimeshana and me) were able to sit down and eat peacefully; now, if you're wondering what my dad thought of the food, I'll leave you with this photo as an answer:

Esta es una canción que compuse para este día, dedicado a todos los padres del mundo pero en especial al mío, cosa que podrán ver por la foto que aparece en mi vídeo, pues esa es una foto que nos tomaron a mi hermano menor y a mí en compañía de mi papá hace mucho tiempo, yo estaba pasando a 4to grado y mi hermano estaba pasando a 1er grado.

This is a song I composed for this day, dedicated to all the fathers of the world but especially to mine, which you can see by the photo that appears in my video, because that is a picture that was taken of my younger brother and me in the company of my dad a long time ago, I was going to 4th grade and my brother was going to 1st grade.
