El pasado miércoles 21, tuvimos el Hive Creators Christhmas de Caracas organizado por todo el equipo de @hiveccs, fue una tarde noche especial de compartir donde surgieron muchas ideas para nuestros próximos pasos en lo que será la movida de expansión de Hive en Caracas.

Ese día me invitaron a conversar sobre las Comunidades en Hive, desde la experiencia que he tenido moderando la Comunidad de Holos-Lotus, me gustó mucho la propuesta porque siento es un tema central de proyección dentro y fuera de nuestra Colmena.

En este vídeo podrán apreciar parte de lo que fue mi reflexión ese día, cuyo propósito perseguía ampliar ese concepto que podemos tener de las Comunidades como un simple espacio para publicar el post, volver de vez en cuando a responder comentarios hasta la próxima publicación. Siento que es realmente importante este tema, hay que romper ese paradigma o noción tradicional de lo que conocemos como “Comunidad” en Hive, como decía ese día, una Comunidad “es” mucho más que eso dependiendo de la dirección y gestión que le den sus moderadores, así como los miembros que hacen vida activa en ella.

En Holos-Lotus nos hemos ocupado de formar un sólido equipo de trabajo, con personas profesionales en áreas afines a nuestro objeto principal como proyecto. Desde un principio supimos que la Comunidad tenía que ser un concurso de muchas voluntades deseosas por compartir lo que saben y por generar oportunidades de crecimiento y bienestar para otros. Por eso aprovecho esta oportunidad para agradecer a @damarysvibra, @rosahidalgo, @mosa71, @tibaire, @parauri, @mllg, @gsbilbao, @jaineth, @emiliorios, @enger por los aportes que semana a semana hacen en nuestro feed comunitario.

La Comunidad además de constituirse en ese espacio de manifestación y expresión de aquello que quieres mostrar y compartir, también es un lugar de encuentro, de contención, de buscar apoyo y de apoyar, de construir proyectos juntos que puedan tener un impacto social. Muestra de ello la hicimos con los dos eventos que realicemos este año, en el que reunimos más de 100 personas en torno a este interés de conectar con bienestar y prácticas saludables, de modo que pudo evidenciarse que a través de Hive podemos traspasar también la virtualidad para hacer grandes cosas .

Por otra parte, es vital que los usuarios no se sientan ajenos a este movimiento, por el contrario, es necesario que creamos la consciencia de que cada aporte suma al bienestar de todos, hay muchas maneras de apoyar y decía que el trabajo está cada día en sabernos hacer “presentes”. Practicar la presencia es un acto que me lleva a entender y valorar lo que soy y lo que doy, desde ese espacio doy lo que quiero porque no tengo pensamiento de escasez al dar, sino que estoy consciente que dando recibo.

Si ayudo a crecer a esa Comunidad con la que me identifico, al tiempo que doy recibo, porque todos estos proyectos trabajan sin interés de lucro por sus usuarios, entonces considero que debemos ocuparnos también en retribuir de alguna forma y no se necesitan grandes cosas. Si ponemos nuestro talento al servicio de la comunidad, nos unimos al trail, delegamos HP, colocamos a la comunidad como beneficiario de un pequeño porcentaje de las recompensas de tu post, entre otras tantas acciones, estamos elevando nuestra capacidad de estar presentes y en la onda de energía ese proyecto se hará más sólido y sostenible en el tiempo.

Practicar la Presencia es una forma de estar por el mundo donde no me veo aislado de mi entorno ni de quiénes me rodean, entiendo que sumo valor y puedo aportar y además en ese feedback recibir de todos, conectados con el mismo propósito o interés, en nuestros hogares buscando la armonía, tal vez en los trabajos incrementar la productividad o mejorar los tiempos de respuesta, en la comunidad donde vives hacer que el lugar este en las mejores condiciones para vivir bien, y aquí en Hive, sin dudas, alineados a un mismo fin de expandirnos y hacer crecer nuestra plataforma.

En lo particular son muchas bendiciones las que he recibido de Hive, en gratitud y alineada con su meta de expansión y crecimiento me propongo poner al servicio mis talentos y continuar moderando las Comunidades de Holos&Lotus y Beentrepreneur con un norte de apoyo directo a nuestros usuarios, en pro del crecimiento y el bienestar.

Last Wednesday 21st, we had the Hive Creators Christhmas in Caracas organized by the whole @hiveccs team, it was a special evening of sharing where many ideas emerged for our next steps in what will be the expansion of Hive in Caracas.

That day I was invited to talk about Communities in Hive, from the experience I have had moderating the Holos-Lotus Community, I really liked the proposal because I feel it is a central theme of projection inside and outside our Hive.

In this video you can see part of what was my reflection that day, whose purpose was to expand the concept that we may have of the Communities as a simple space to publish the post, return from time to time to answer comments until the next publication. I feel that this topic is really important, we must break that paradigm or traditional notion of what we know as "Community" in Hive, as I said that day, a Community "is" much more than that depending on the direction and management given by its moderators, as well as the members who make active life in it.

In Holos-Lotus we have taken care of forming a solid work team, with professional people in areas related to our main object as a project. From the beginning we knew that the Community had to be a contest of many wills willing to share what they know and to generate opportunities of growth and well-being for others. That's why I take this opportunity to thank @damarysvibra, @rosahidalgo, @mosa71, @tibaire, @parauri, @mllg, @gsbilbao, @jaineth, @emiliorios, @enger for the contributions they make every week in our community feed.

The Community is not only a space to show and express what you want to show and share, it is also a place to meet, to contain, to seek support and support, to build projects together that can have a social impact. Proof of this we did with the two events we held this year, in which we gathered more than 100 people around this interest in connecting with wellness and healthy practices, so that it was evident that through Hive we can also go beyond virtuality to do great things.

On the other hand, it is vital that users do not feel alien to this movement, on the contrary, it is necessary that we create the awareness that each contribution adds to the welfare of all, there are many ways to support and said that the work is every day in knowing how to make us "present". Practicing presence is an act that leads me to understand and value what I am and what I give, from that space I give what I want because I have no thought of scarcity when I give, but I am aware that by giving I receive.

If I help the community with which I identify to grow, and at the same time I receive, because all these projects work without profit interest for their users, then I consider that we must also take care to give back in some way, and it doesn't need big things. If we put our talent at the service of the community, we join the trail, we delegate HP, we put the community as beneficiary of a small percentage of the rewards of your post, among many other actions, we are raising our capacity to be present and in the wave of energy that project will become more solid and sustainable in time.

Practicing Presence is a way of being in the world where I do not see myself isolated from my environment or those around me, I understand that I add value and I can contribute and also in that feedback receive from everyone, connected with the same purpose or interest, in our homes seeking harmony, perhaps at work increase productivity or improve response times, in the community where you live make the place in the best conditions to live well, and here in Hive, no doubt, aligned to the same end to expand and grow our platform.
