Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I bring you some exercises for your elbows, which are essential to do because as we know the elbows allow a series of movements to extend and flex the arm, and due to the great burden that we usually give when performing any exercise involving upper body, especially the biceps and triceps, this joint is very affected, so taking this into account we have to do mobility and strengthening exercises before and after training either to warm up or to relieve the load of tension after training or have a better mobility before physical activity and avoid any injury due to lack of these exercises. If you are a street workout athlete in the mode of tension or an athlete who performs heavy lifting with upper body is vital to maintain good mobility and strengthen the joint enough for the discomfort that we can get to cause due to the great burden that we cause, and also these exercises can perform it anyone who suffers from tendinitis since some of these can relieve pain or discomfort you may have, I recommend doing it every day to have a strong joint and with enough mobility 💪🏼.
En esta rutina trabajaremos 7 ejercicios que los podemos hacer todo seguido sin ningún problema, dado que solo estamos haciendo movilidad y en cuanto a las repeticiones podemos hacer 20/30 repeticiones de cada ejercicio, los cuales, como dije antes, podemos realizar antes y después de entrenar. Yo hago estos ejercicios todos los días, antes y después de entrenar, e incluso en mis días de descanso hago movilidad articular dado que el deporte que hago me causa que se me ponga tensos los dos y pueda llegar a tener molestias así que realizó estos ejercicios todos los días 💪🏼.
In this routine we will work 7 exercises that we can do all in a row without any problem, since we are only doing mobility and in terms of repetitions we can do 20/30 repetitions of each exercise, which, as I said before, we can do before and after training. Si bien hay más ejercicios que se pueden hacer, estos son los que a mí me gustan realizar antes y después de alguna actividad física, son los que me siento más cómodo y mejor así que se los quise traer a ustedes y que les pueda servir alguno de ellos .👋🏽
